Not consistent enough

Works sometimes and on weekends it stops working i have to wait until Monday to fix and that’s very frustrating if you have things that you need to take care of on the weekends

Love the alerts

Got an alert in the middle of the afternoon that there was a charge in Dallas, Texas but I was in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was able to notify the credit union that it was not mine. It was a fast process to put a stop to the fraudulent use of my card.

Bad update

Before it was so easy to keep track of my balance and now I can’t even see it. Only the transactions. Before the update it was much easier. Bring it back

Update is awful

The debit card app was great and easy to use before they did their update. Everything is totally different and not as user friendly as before. Even the log in and passwords/usernames aren’t the same.
