Total garbage
Doesn’t work at all! No connection between the location and the app. Directions are a hot mess and nothing works. Just get your ice from Kroger. It’s worth the extra cost to avoid this frustration.
Reload $ doesn’t work
Tried contacting someone to assist with reloading $ on account. No help. No one person to speak with. App doesn’t work.
Garbage
If there was an option for zero stars, this app deserves no more. Half the time it will vend ice half the time it won’t. And as for giving u ‘ice creds’ for each vend, what a scam. I put $20 on the app and have one vend left, yet of the 7 vends I’ve used, I have received 0, that’s ZERO ice creds. And while were at it, the Westclife CO tticlub machine location has twice now had no water; but of course there is no indication there is no water, so u drop ur money in the machine and stand there for 5 minutes as it literally drips water, and u curse tticlub as u walk away empty handed and more poor than when u arrived. 100% complete hoax!
