As always we were delighted with our meal and the servers were very helpful with information above he selections. The salmon was so good! Loved having a free birthday meal and dessert. Emily was upbeat and helpful in updating the new app. It’s always good to see our favorite waitress, Jenny. Thanks so much.

App Not working
I accidentally put the wrong email and it took me to the sign up page, there is no way of going back. I deleted and reinstalled the app and it kept me in the sign up page. I filled it out and to see what would happen and all it says is that something went wrong and that I should restart the app, which I did and still not working. I won’t be able to use my birthday deal of BOGO

Ugh
It’s more like a web app that they threw together for mobile. It’s hard to read and makes the app not very accessible. Also what’s with the millions of notifications? Crazy annoying. Compare this with the other food apps out there and Club Tucanos really lets itself down. Glorified newspaper ad.
Keeps losing my bday bogo
This app can’t keep track of my rewards. Every year it doesn’t renew my bday meal even though it has all the info. So I email Tucanos and they put my reward in the app. Well the app will conveniently lose that reward so I’m done with it.
Useless app
First, I skipped the fake cake reward. Then I enter my email and it says it is transferring my account. I’m then taken to a page to enter my info and when I enter my phone number, it says there is already an account with that phone number. No kidding. That is where the app stops. No ability to log in, or anything at that point. Seeing the developer responses to to their reviews asking to email their support and clearly they aren’t doing anything to fix the worthless app.

Gets stuck in an endless loop of setting up a new account.

Accidentally used the wrong email to login and now I can’t logout because I’m stuck in an account creation loop. Very frustrating.
Deception
What a joke! They emailed me several times over the last couple of months to get the new app and transfer rewards. Gift for signing up, free chocolate tower cake. I put in my email and it transferred points but you must put your credit card on file to “unlock” the reward. Nowhere on the email does it state that a CC is required. Try hiring a real marketing company that knows what they are doing!

Worst app ever. Magic link endless cycle
Stuck in an endless cycle of magic link garbage.
Not available in U.S. store
Super confused. When I try to download it says it is not available in the U.S. Store.
Can’t log in to app
I accidentally logged out and now I can’t log back in. The app makes you go through the steps to create a new account and then says the phone number is already in use. There doesn’t seem to be away to just login. So now the app is useless.

Fake cake reward
Like another user said this is a fake reward. To unlock the reward you have to enter credit card information. Even when I enter in credit card information, it says it’s already registered and it says that with multiple cards it’s a draw in and a fishing scan.
Completely unusable
Opening the app for the first time since the update points system via Thanx. I’m only give an option to create an account. When I try to create account I get an error saying my phone number is already used by an account. No option to login.
Can’t change my email in the login process
When I logged in I accidentally put in the wrong email and now it’s making me make a new account. There is no back button and there’s already an account associated with my number, meaning I’m stuck on the “Finish your account” page. Reinstalling the app does nothing because the data is written to the keychain and there is no way of deleting it, so when I open it I’m stuck with the same issue. Please add a back button in the login page.

Not able to activate rewards on IPhone 15 pro max
On this phone it won’t show the rewards and are not able to open the club Tucanos
Deceptive marketing
The email sent out to transfer rewards to this new app talked about doing so would unlock a free chocolate tower cake. What the email does not mention is to get this free reward, it’s not just to use the app and transfer your rewards, to get the reward you have to input your credit card information. This requirement is not mentioned in the email.
