Ok app, poor service
Been using the app for a few years now and there have been times where an order placed is never confirmed or received.
Come to find out each order has to be approved by a staff member who is either on their game or not. So if they don’t see the order or put it in late, you may or may not have your order on time when you show up.
The app also sometimes reports they are closed when in fact they are actually open.
There’s also issues with their website and ordering, directing you to a toast website, and not to the actual app, most likely a deep linking issue on their web site which hasn’t been fixed.
Overall it’s an ok app, but it’s only as good as the people servicing the orders which is hit or miss… and now mostly miss.

Great Restaurant and Convenient App
I don’t always have time to enjoy a sit-down meal at Tucker’s, especially with COVID restrictions, so this app makes it easy to order takeout. Very well designed app with all menu selections and easy to find options for a particular menu item.
