Not right for people with older phones
You are not being fair to some of us older people who can not afford new phones. My phone only goes to 12.7. So now I can not keep aprize of my account
App won’t even load
I just downloaded the app I press to start it up gives me a white screen and then quits I thought I had a apple not an Android horrible needs to be fixed

Too often unable to access accounts. Especially on evenings and weekends.
Need all CC transactions reflected
Only payments to CC are reflected in Mobiliti App. Need to also see charges transactions against the card to allow for payment of charges.
It’s a Pain
With the new system it’s a pain to log in. Constantly wanting to verify and send a text or message me to see if it’s me.
For the last two months I’m scheduling payments that don’t get paid. Macy’s charged me a late fee for a payment I set up on March 29th that didn’t get paid.
I set up house payments that didn’t get paid.
The older system was user friendly, this is NOT.

Horrible app.
Could not even enroll (tried twice) both times I got an error message, so I deleted the app, not worth it.
Ok, needs improvement
Not too bad where it frustrates the hell out of me, but not good enough that I dont feel like it's a chore to use this app. It says "error occurred" quite a bit and can't use it for some amount of time. I like the quick balance view, that's the best about it, but looking through transactions is bad on here and the website too for that matter. Transferring money between accounts is easy. So view balance and transfer between accounts is really all I use it for when it's working.

Not Bad...But
App loaded quickly and logging in is a breeze. Checking balances is cake and transfers work as they should. However, the ability to take a photo of a check for quick deposit does not work properly. The feature has 4 corners in which to frame the front and back of the check. I was sure to frame it properly and hold the phone steady. After 2 failed attempts I received an error message, stating the photos were not readable and then to try again later or call an 800 number for assistance. Since this is the main reason I downloaded the app, I was highly disappointed. I've seen other apps with the same feature work flawlessly--hope they get it fixed. Otherwise it's nothing more than another way to view your account info online.

The app never opens, like I have to always re download it and it's frustrating. This app is horrible!!
Is Not Working
I just downloaded the app today, and I can't even get set up. Typed in a username and it started having me answer security questions over and over. I answered the same security questions for about 10minutes and it still wouldn't log me in or have me set up a password. This app would be a huge convenience for me IF I could get set up and actually could use the app.
