This is the worst i mean the worst banking experience i have ever had. From sneaky mortgage practices to the worst app experience. I mean geez get it right by now. There is no way real human beings made this a 4.8 star worthy app. Go look at their yelp page.

Zelle not working
This app suck the Zelle doesn’t work for nothing. How do you want me to become a customer and if your Zelle doesn’t work I understand if this is a third-party situation but you need to fix the app and how do you want people to Zelle if my screen is completely blank. I have been a customer with you guys for over a year and this has been an issue. I have been wanting to change banks but no this has really become an issue. Unless you guys don’t fix your app now and you guys will lose a forever customer.

Not working on my phone
For the last week and a half, the app has not let me log in to my account on my phone. This is so inconvenient as I rely on this app for many reasons.
I have deleted the app and then waited 24 hours and put it back on my phone without success. It tells me an error occurred and to try again later. I have not been able to log in.
Thank goodness I can see it on my iPad, but I prefer to see it on my phone.

App is trash
Doesn’t work in Walmart. Doesn’t work to transfer money when you need it. Very Damm slow
