Zelle not working
This app suck the Zelle doesn’t work for nothing. How do you want me to become a customer and if your Zelle doesn’t work I understand if this is a third-party situation but you need to fix the app and how do you want people to Zelle if my screen is completely blank. I have been a customer with you guys for over a year and this has been an issue. I have been wanting to change banks but no this has really become an issue. Unless you guys don’t fix your app now and you guys will lose a forever customer.

Not working on my phone
For the last week and a half, the app has not let me log in to my account on my phone. This is so inconvenient as I rely on this app for many reasons.
I have deleted the app and then waited 24 hours and put it back on my phone without success. It tells me an error occurred and to try again later. I have not been able to log in.
Thank goodness I can see it on my iPad, but I prefer to see it on my phone.

App is trash
Doesn’t work in Walmart. Doesn’t work to transfer money when you need it. Very Damm slow
Money not adding up right
I’m going through with this finance company to pay off my car. When i make a payment it doesn’t deduct the full amount like it’s supposed to and my first payment didn’t even go towards my loan. This app is terrible! I would never recommend to anyone

The new update to the app is horrible! I used to love this app but now it is trash! If I could give zero stars I would but since I can’t just know that you get a zero from me.

If I can do Negative Stars I would. App has so many bugs. I can’t even download it to my phone anymore. I can only open from appstore. Really Bad app. Honestly horrible Bank as well. Thinking of switching to a new Bank. Valley Strong ATMs are constantly messing up as well.

I hate how every time I have to log in by typing my username. It wasn’t like that & saved my username info & now with the update it no longer saves it!

Can’t make mortgage payments
Nobody can make a mortgage payment from the app using an external account. I have to use a PC because it won’t even display the option in a mobile browser. Who has PCs nowadays? You people think this is a “good” system???
Glitchy & no green deposits
It makes it so much easier to see my deposits in green and withdrawals in black when I review transactions

I just purchased the regular shares for valley strong and i want to log in on the app but i can’t because I don’t have a account or member number and the check i have is from my college i need either the member number or account one to access the app quicker?

The app was working perfectly fine, but now Zelle won’t work? The page for Zelle is not working, all it says is “error.”
CAPTCHa
The CAPTCHa prompts are inconsistent and not practical for use. Why prompt a user for this when they log out, instead of when logging in? I always connect from the same device, yet I get promoted. When I am prompted, it doesn’t even make me select images before moving past. What use is this, besides a speed bump for users?

I am so tired of getting this every time I log on it is ridiculous.
Please fix Transfer issues with calendar/date format defaulting D/M/Y instead of M/D/Y.
The date format used to be incorrect at the beginning of each month, but I could open the calendar and correct it. Now, it is always always defaulting to D/M/Y, and the calendar won’t open at all. Now, the only way I can correct the format is to open Single Transfer, manually switch to Multiple Transfer, and then switch to Single again. It is a real hassle and should not be happening. Please fix!
