About

TUGANQ is the native app for tuganq.com, Armenia's legal reference portal: the 2026 traffic-fines table, three tax and duty calculators, and a knowledge base of step-by-step guides. Armenian, English and Russian, switched inside the app without a relaunch. FINES, OFFLINE - All 120 articles of the 2026 traffic-fines table ship inside the app and open with no signal - Search finds an Armenian row from Latin typing, and corrects a wrong keyboard layout - Seven category filters, each with a live count - The two legal rebates as switches: the 20% notification discount of article 283 and the 30% early-payment discount of article 299, each applied only where the law allows it - A row opens onto the statute's own Armenian wording, with a link to arlis.am - A sanction that takes the licence rather than money shows the suspension, not an amount YOUR CAR - The people and the plates this phone watches, and what each of them owes - The decision behind a fine read in the app rather than on a website: the camera's recording from roadpolice.am, the city's photograph from yerevan.am - Penalty points, the driving licence, the compulsory-insurance date, the technical-inspection date from inspect.am, and the environmental tax charged to the car - Every check runs against the public state portal with the details you type in. roadpolice.am answers with an SMS code, and that code is entered by you CALCULATORS - Administrative-court state duty - Vehicle environmental tax - Vehicle property tax, with the late-payment penalty broken down KNOWLEDGE BASE - Step-by-step guides in Armenian, English and Russian - Articles render natively, so Dynamic Type, text selection, VoiceOver and dark mode all work - A bookmarked article is kept whole and opens with no connection - Reading history with per-article progress BUILT TO BE READ - Light and dark, Dynamic Type, and a reader-only text-size lever - iPad and landscape get a page, not a stretched phone layout - A glossary of the words the app cannot avoid using: the social security number, the registration certificate, owner against operator, penalty points PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account and no sign-up - What you type is sent to the state portal you asked to check, and nowhere else - No advertising and no tracking TUGANQ is an independent app. It is not published by, and is not affiliated with, any authority of the Republic of Armenia. Rates and wording are ported from the published law; confirm an amount with the issuing authority before you pay it. The app now speaks first about the dates it already knew. - Compulsory motor insurance (CMTPL): type in the day the contract was concluded and how long it runs, and the app computes the end, shows whichever record covers today - yours or the police portal's - and reminds you thirty days, seven days and one day before it lapses. roadpolice.am is often months behind a policy that was actually bought, and a car neither record says anything about is passed over in silence rather than called uninsured. - Four more reminders: the driving licence, ninety days before its ten years are up; the penalty points, when there is no room left, and the day the year closes for a driver who is short; a payment deferred under article 305, a month before it is due; and the property tax, sixty days before December as well as thirty, because unpaid arrears are what stop a car being presented for inspection. - The points warning now names the numbers: thirteen points in a year suspends the right to drive for six months, and a driver on probation is counted against six, with the articles behind both. - Every screen that takes typing now has a way off the keypad - a gold button that rides up with the keyboard - which matters most on the number pads, that have no return key at all.
