Can’t access shortlist?!
Was great, however now I can’t access any of my shortlisted holidays, so it makes the app totally redundant!
Surely the developers are aware of this?
To have to use the website because the app is broken makes me very hesitant to use them!
Fix it and I might actually book!

Company
Awful company, do not care about health and safety or the welfare of family’s that have booked with them, not trusted at all and will ignore you when you come to them with an issue but preach they are there for you and they look after all customers, they left me and my family feeling unsafe, ignored us and wouldn’t help us out with a solution to be able to feel safe again we had to exposed to violence and the children being traumatised! Absolutely disgraceful.

Great App as usual
Changes
Getting fed up with TUI constantly changing carrier and flight times. Got moved TUI to SunExpress twice now had return altered by hours. Strange but these changes are always to TUI advantage what ever happened to good old customer care.
Holidays
I always pick TUI as my 1st choice holiday specialist as they offer great value holidays as well as looking after my disabled wife’s needs, in choosing a holiday. Couldn’t asked for better.

Not the app it could be
The app continually crashes and doesn’t hold information in the filters when searching for holidays.that’s if the app loads in the first place too. It also goes back to the start when you come out of viewing a hotel mean you have to re-scroll all the way back down every time. This makes searching elongated and such a waste of precious time.

Atlantic’s hotel Corfu
Alex the manager and his team do a good job and the hotel is immaculate with spectacular views over Corfu bay from any position on the hotel
Bit of a commute to nightlife £40 to Isi’s but Dirty Nellys was great fun
Corfu airport is a shambles and the trip in the Tui coach from the airport was very disorganised but stick with it !

Just keep crashing
App just crashes as soon as you click any filter

The app is very poor lately even after all the updates that they have given still doesn’t load still cannot add extra luggage or book car hire seems like it’s running on steam in a digital age

And slow, keeps saying retry even after a reinstall.

Great holiday company who organised everything from start to finish so I’ll be booking with them again
App home page frozen
For at least two days now the App homepage has been frozen.
App keeps crashing
Every time I leave the uk the app crashes and I have to reload it. Which I can only do when I’ve arrived at the accommodation and have WiFi. So when your flight is delayed four hours and you get to Alicante at past midnight and all the Tui staff have gone to bed you’re on your own. No chat - no phone. No help. As a solo female traveller in her late 60s I don’t appreciate being put in such a vulnerable position. Yes I finally got myself a taxi but then it couldn’t find the hotel and I ended up having to walk with my luggage at 1.30am. Lost all my faith in Tui

App is fine for TUI to sell ‘experiences’ and send marketing messages, useless for getting help while on holiday. Displays error message instead of hotel transfer times, and the chat facility doesn’t work, get stuck in a doom loop trying to ask for help. Fail.
