App is more expensive than online

Excursions
Cannot access the excursions for my cruise, then it crashes. Tried yesterday and now today and still something wrong.

Never a problem
We have been using TUI for approx 25 years - never really any problems. Would like to see some sort of reward for our loyalty when booking but other than that if we weren’t happy we would use another company.

Rubbish needs iOS 16 !
All my other apps work fine except yours, that will not update because need iOS 16. Jet2 app works fine grrr !!

Constantly cannot access my booking, just keeps giving errors and a bright orange banner. Garbage.

This app has now been down for several days with no fixing in sight. I’ve been trying to manage a booking but I have to keep logging into my account online.
Even when it’s not crashing it’s a waste of space. Arriving at a resort it’s supposed to give you details of your transfer to your hotel. Yes it does, but only when you’re already on the bus. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

Logon doesn’t work
How can you release an app with logon not working when it’s the only way for your clients to get an electronic boarding pass is beyond me.

App isn’t working
Been trying to access my holiday booking all day today and I can’t get on it. It keeps telling me it’s not available.
Major issues
Having loaded the TUI app prior to leaving the UK and using it many times, now I’m on holiday and I want to check my notifications as soon as I load the app it lets me in then kicks me out after 5 seconds saying there is a problem with your security details. So I reset my password via the TUI link and once again it let me in then kicked me straight out with the same message. So when you need the app to confirm airport transfer times you can’t get in. Thanks TUI
