Not working
Have tried numerous times to access my cards and they are not even showing so can’t top up my cards on the app or even view anything to do with my cards. Rang customer services and even they could not help me with this why make a new app a that can’t be used or get any help with
Not an easy card
I decided to go with this card over my usual as I had booked a holiday. It was not easy to get on app to top up money wouldn’t let me long in even after resetting pass word. I rang help line 3 times no help at all. I was on holiday with no access to my money. I ended up finally get help that worked and go online but this was half way through holiday with no access to my money to check it. The help line was not helpful at all.

Tui money card
The one thing I was worried about was that the card wouldn’t work and I had no way of checking it before the holiday. Tried to add money to the card and couldn’t access the site. Got a pairing code that said it was already paired but it’s only my phone the app was on so that was not possible. Now in America with o way of adding money

Absolute garbage.
Not TUI’s fault, and I can’t blame TUI for this, but the app is a nightmare to set up if you have used TUI Cards before.
TUI staff were amazing and did everything they could.
The imbeciles who wrote the app have made an absolute dog of it.

Far too complicated. And confusing and not being allowed on I pad and phone. Even my Bank current account allows this. Also my Sainsbury travel money card allows me to install on both devices. Very disappointing the old App was much better to use.
Overly Complicated New App
I never had any issues with the old app & now all I have is issues!! For some odd reason when I want to add euros to card I have to say how much in euros, why can’t I say £200 and it calculates the euros to go on card.
Went to top up card again and keep getting error codes and after multiple attempts low & behold the exchange rate has gone down!

Frustrating
I’m currently trying to access the new app and failing. I’ve left it a few days to see if there were start up issues. Still no luck. It’s not accepting password or my email address to create a new password. Old app isn’t working either (and not yet May 5th when access stops).

This app is far superior to the last one, registration of the account was simple and easy!
Cannot sign in
I have correctly set up my new account on this app, but it is not allowing me to sign in. I have tried deleting the password and submitting a new one, but still refuses to work, stating that the email address or password is invalid.
**UPDATE: After swiping to close the app a couple of times and waiting 5 minutes, it finally worked. 😃

Awful
The old app wasn’t brilliant but this one is just terrible. I registered the card I already own successfully. Then as soon as I went to login it would not recognise my email and would not send me a password reset so effectively locked out of the brand-new app. Well done TUI
Disappointing
The new app looks nice but it’s disappointing that unlike the old app I can only pair to one device. When I’m traveling I use my iPhone but when I’m adding funds at home I like to use an iPad cos of the bigger screen. The old app allows that
