Sun based timers nonexistent
Despite showing a screenshot in the app description of this functionality, there are no controls to set blinds to “10 min before sunset” or “10 min after sunrise”. This is a major PITA to update up/down times almost everyday.

Mostly fine
Most functionality is fine, but the timer setting IS NOT formatted for iPhones. You can’t see all the days of the week to select for the timer, and there is no way to scroll.

Good but complicated to install remote
I’ve had these blinds with the remote control for just over a year and I’m only just getting the hang out of how to set timers and scenes. It’s really difficult and frustrating to pair the remote control with the blinds through the app for this reason I’ve only given it three stars.
Timer keeps malfunctioning
Blinds keep raising and falling at the wrong time. Including middle of the night and waking us up.
Smart view is good but
The new blinds are slow to react compared with older models
Please add a button that says the blind is in manual mode or automatic mode so you can stop the daily routine without deleting it
Please add a time which is sunrise/sunset + or - 5 hours that will change throughout the year

Format is so bad
The format is so bad that I can’t view Saturday and Sunday on the screen when setting timers, so they have to be the same as weekdays which is very annoying

Now my blinds don’t work one side is way too high and the other side is stepping down, literally a millimeter at a time. I am so mad at this moment with the purchase of these blinds from select blinds as well as the stupid app!

It was super easy to use and operate - love how intuitive and responsive it is. One thing that they should add is a seasonal calendar so that we can have controls that change with the seasons.
Option to disable Scenes?
Great working fully app with lots of functions but it would really good if it included an option to disable scenes. For example, if someone (or my dog!) is sleeping in, instead of usual blackout rollers to rise, they’d remain closed.
Not bad at all
Excellent functionality with a couple of caveats. Firstly, I haven’t figured out how to connect to my Smart Home setup (Alexa), or indeed to use shortcuts. Secondly, triggering a scene from my phone doesn’t always work first time - I have to stop the action, and then ‘hold to resume’ and it’s fine. Not sure why this happens….

Easy life, if remember where the charger is
I find them easy to adjust with the app, the hardest thing about the blinds is remembering where I put the charger! As the batteries last for a good couple of months.
