As individual app works fine however needs integration with Google/Alexa or at least an option to set timers based on sunrise/sunset

Excellent settings. Very easy to use. Endless opportunities to use the blinds and set different lighting throughout the day.
Terrible app
The app randomly logs me out. Then I cannot get back in again. It just freezes. Electric blinds should make like easier not more difficult!!!

One of the worst Apps out there
The purpose of this app is to simply put your blinds up & down. Once it finishes ‘loading’ it claims it can’t connect to the blinds 70% of the time. Sometimes it only raises one of our two blinds and often we have to leave the house with the blinds still down as the app claims not to work. It’s utterly useless and I wish there was an alternative out there which actually worked.

Buy the remote control instead!
This is not really a bad app, but it’s constrained by hardware: the app connects to the blinds using bluetooth. This means you have to be close to a blind to open or close it. So if you’re out of the house and you realise you’ve forgotten to close a blind, you can’t operate the blinds remotely.
Also, the blinds are so slow to respond to the app that Siri and shortcut automation fail. It would be genuinely useful to be able to say “Siri, open all the blinds”, and while the app lets you set up this shortcut, it always fails because the command times out before the blinds move.
You can buy a physical remote control to operate up to 14 blinds, instead of using the app. IMCO this should be included with every blind.

So modern, classy, and techy
A simple design, with rechargeable battery motor, however the app makes it so great for a modern home. Mine opens 25% at 7am; 50% at 7.30am, and 100% at 8am. Great alarm clock 🤪
App faults
Good when the app works, but struggle to log in at times and pest as can’t open my blinds.
Sun based timers nonexistent
Despite showing a screenshot in the app description of this functionality, there are no controls to set blinds to “10 min before sunset” or “10 min after sunrise”. This is a major PITA to update up/down times almost everyday.

Mostly fine
Most functionality is fine, but the timer setting IS NOT formatted for iPhones. You can’t see all the days of the week to select for the timer, and there is no way to scroll.

Good but complicated to install remote
I’ve had these blinds with the remote control for just over a year and I’m only just getting the hang out of how to set timers and scenes. It’s really difficult and frustrating to pair the remote control with the blinds through the app for this reason I’ve only given it three stars.
Timer keeps malfunctioning
Blinds keep raising and falling at the wrong time. Including middle of the night and waking us up.
Smart view is good but
The new blinds are slow to react compared with older models
Please add a button that says the blind is in manual mode or automatic mode so you can stop the daily routine without deleting it

Format is so bad
The format is so bad that I can’t view Saturday and Sunday on the screen when setting timers, so they have to be the same as weekdays which is very annoying
