Quit allowing me access
I am a paid subscriber. App refuses to allow access to E editions. Asks me to subscribe. Won’t let me restore purchase. I take the paper version as well. Contacted customer service. No help.
Cost of subscription gone up substantially. About ready to say stick it Tulsa World.

Great paper, sometimes glitchy app
Love the Tulsa world paper and glad to have the app which is better than the mobile browser version. I like getting news notifications as they happen. The app can be glitchy but overall it works.
Simple, easy to use
The app is easy to navigate and simple display of stories makes it easy to use. There’s always room for improvement but it gets the job done! Thank you for keeping the community informed, Tulsa World!

Would be easier to read w/out the pop up ads! I already pay too much for the subscription.

Now when I get notified of a breaking story and click on it to open the app, I get a screen that wants me to subscribe. I’m already a subscriber and logged in to the app. I try to tap the “Already a subscriber? Restore purchases” link at the bottom of the screen, but nothing happens.

I get headlines from this app that look interesting, but lately when I try to read the story in the app, I get frustrated and give up. It seems the story gets covered by ads, or “related content “ that is not what I am trying to read. It’s a shame because I like the coverage. I understand the need for advertising, but it doesn’t work if it gets in the way of reading the story. I will continue to read the digital print version.
