Logs me out too much
App works fine it just logs me out every other time I open it.

Don’t use this app yet.
Using the app crashed my device, I’ve also read that other users have experienced the same problem. But I can say that HP Tuners have responded and are actively taking care of the issue.

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with the ap. In version 2.1.4 updates were included to alleviate crashing events reported by some users. If you can provide an Infolog for tech support (tools>help>gather Infolog for support) we can look further into this issue. If you can also provide details on the actions you were performing when the crash occurred that will be helpful as well. Please include your nickname from this review in the support request to ensure we can correlate you issue with this submission
The Worst Part of My Job
If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s unbelievable to me that HP Tuners forces me to use TDN to tune some car combos and it just doesn’t work more than half the time. On top of that they have the slowest support system ever, I opened a ticket 14 days ago and have gotten 2 replies, both asking for info I provided when I originally opened the ticket. I never write reviews for anything but it’s honestly that bad.

Connection issues with multiple phone and cars
I want to love this app because I love HP but this slows me down so much fighting connection issues.

Terrible connection
I honestly hate this app, it’s easier to use a computer. I have sync errors 24/7, it logged me out and will not let me log back in, and I cannot upload any files. Yes it’s connected to the RTD, and yes my internet is stable. It will let me log in on the HP tuners website, but the app won’t do anything when I log in. Just keeps saying log in.

Worked great once
Worked great for 1 week. Now the app is clunky as hell and won’t connect to my tuner. Nice.
Wont even read my vehicle
At first it wasn’t reading my vehicle in the app, once I switched over to the pro version all functions worked flawlessly.

App crashes anytime I try to do anything

The initial setup process is fairly easy, but after trying to read the factory calibration for my car multiple times it keeps failing. I’ll update whenever I or my tuner can get it to work in a few days.

Makes tuning for customers amazing. Way easier to schedule.
Buggy App
How after yrs with the app inline in apple devices. The sync feature dont work. If I select remove a tune from the rtd, why fail in ios and work like a charm in android and sort the files by tuners like android.
TDN is terrible
I have no idea how tdn is still this bad after years. 38 times to flash one tune because the trash app errors out and gives you a transfer file error and to get closer to the interface. If my phone was any closer it would be inside the mpvi4.
TDN = Tune Delivered Never
Rarely works and needs constant resyncs. If you’re reading my review, don’t use TDN. App is very glitchy and inconsistent.
Might blow up my engine
I dk if my e50 tune successfully flashed. 2 minutes before it finishes, the screen changes to complete even though Bluetooth is still blinking. This is now a bad app/tune device
Issues every time
From the day I got it was already having issues with the app , am sitting at a gas station right now bricked because I can’t switch from my 93 tune to e85 tune, ridiculous
Please fix
I have been fighting with you garbage of an I face for months. It would be nice for the Bluetooth to stay connected, a sync process to complete and an actual tune update to happen on a better average than 1-1000. Hours spent removing adding, and resyncing.
