No NeptuneRtp Option?
I am not seeing the option for Neptune. Is it still supported?

OBD1 ECU’s not supported, because all the current Bluetooth modules are not compatible with iOS. I don’t understand why the 1 star review instead of asking this in email.

App worked great, then suddenly my IOS updated and now the app won’t connect. Hoping it gets fixed but going on a few months now since the update and nothing yet.

It’s stupid when you want to use it with a device that is not supported. Learn to read. Also if you don’t know how to read, how to request support or even do a refund that’s not our problem.
Does not work on my iPhone 16 pro
Will not connect to my ecu via Bluetooth. My ecu connects fine to the app on my friends android device but will not connect with the app on my phone. Would be grateful if this issue was fixed so I can use my phone to read my data

Contact support via email. If it’s a KTuner V1.2 device, you can find the info what requires to be able to use with iPhone
Has a couple MINOR issues but overall, LOVE IT!
I have the V2, Ive gotten soooo many compliments when I have V2 going, mounted to gauge cluster with suction cup adapter, and have my iPhone 16 Pro Plus maglocked to an attachment attached to my center vents with TunerView in the Gauge mode layout. Looks so sick at night with the V2 going and the gauge layout needles going, I changed the colors to be close to my stock cluster colors. Nice being able to set colors to change if something needs attention cause usually when you’re pushing the car you’re trying to stay focused on the road so I have my a/f, rpm, ect to turn red if it goes over a certain value. Please add some more layouts. Yes was a little frustrated when I tried to play music and it stops, but from what Ive read you just hit play again? This is for TunerView if you read it, I obv bought the app protocol for the V2 but recently in the gauge layout only 3 out of the 6 gauges will display anything. Trying to delete and reinstall app. Thank you, love the app, aldd more features please, is the navi layout with the perimeters around the navi layout only on android? Thanks!

Doesn’t work with IOS
Couldn’t connect V1.2 to Bluetooth, and app would infinitely say “connecting”. Was hoping this would work but it doesn’t. Forums online say you need an android platform.

Great app with a big problem
This app is really nice to have but only because it’s the only viable option I can find that works with a ktuner. The biggest issue I have is whenever I do anything “outside” of the app like opening, closing, and bringing up control center, it pauses my music. This is EXTREMELY annoying as I use CarPlay and the app at the same time, all the time. I even emailed them and they said their’s nothing they can do about it when I know that’s not true. My car detects it as a microphone activating whenever this happens even though it shouldn’t be using the mic. Emphasis on shouldn’t, especially when I’m not using the camera feature. I also just wish it had more layouts, especially a track mode where it’ll show 0-60 and race track related things. Other than that it works as it should.

IOS can only connect Bluetooth devices that acts as a headset or audio so the KTuner device Bluetooth module was set this way. Because of that, iOS pauses the music, and not because of what you mention. If we set the KTuner different way, it will not work and you can’t see any data.
Not connecting to BT anymore
Was able to connect to my Ktuner V1.2 for about 2 weeks until the Bluetooth stopped working. I contacted Ktuner and they didn’t help much besides telling me to look at the instructions which I’ve done before until it stopped connecting to the Bluetooth. This app is outdated and did not see this app update at all to fix any bugs.

If you updated your KTuner firmware, you might need to enable Bluetooth BLE again. The app work fine for lot of people without any issue, I don’t see why is it outdated and what bug needs to fixed if we can’t reproduce the same issue on multiple devices.

Great companion for Ktuner V1.2!
I’ll start with cons/future ideas first
- audio stops when you connect to Bluetooth and you leave the app and when you go back to the app when Bluetooth is connect (all you have to do is press play and it starts again and doesn’t stop, so suuuuper minor)
- I wish there were prompts that the recording has started when datalogging. Again, very minor, but it would be a nice quality of life thing to have
- maybe have a way to pick which info you can see? Like a customizable dashboard. But certain layouts give you all the info so not an issue really

Thanks for the feedback. You can change parameters and alarm limits by “touch and hold” on almost every gauge.
Serial number
Why does this only work for serial #s higher then 14000!?? Is there going to a up so that everyone with Ktuner can use it ? 😡😒

Awesome App Except for One Thing
First off, love and appreciate Ktuner for developing this app for Apple users. Easy to use and customize layouts and values. Also works well with my aftermarket wireless Apple CarPlay unit as they don’t interfere with each other at all.
Only gripe I have is that anytime you open the app, any music/audio you are playing through your phone stops. You can click to play the music again through Apple CarPlay but it can get inconvenient at times especially if you’re on a road trip and want to go into your phone for maps or searching up music.
Other than that, blessed to be able use the app and I love it haha!

What do you mean? You can still flash the stored tunes on the KTuner V1.2 using the app.
It works great just needs 2 things
For some reason it always interrupts my music when I open the app it doesn’t make any sounds and it also doesn’t use the microphone so I don’t see why it does that
