When I was little I used to play this game a lot, so I decided to download it again and try it out. But for some reason it tells me I’m not connected to the internet? I had full bars and I went onto Animal Jam and it allowed me to play, so I must’ve been connected to the internet. I was really excited to play the game again but it doesn’t work. I loved this game as a kid, but every time I try to play it now it just says no internet connection and doesn't allow me to play :/
Stopped working
The game broke down after playing a couple of times. I tried linking to Game Center but it gave me an error message saying “Tunnel Town encountered an error, please try again later.” Making a new account doesn’t even work anymore, no matter how strong your internet connection is, it still gives you an error saying “Tunnel Town can’t connect to the internet. Try again later.” The worst thing about this is that the fact that the game hasn’t been updated for years and now, we’re trying to play again is sad. All they care about is Animal Jam. The rest of their games are either forgotten or receive updates occasionally. I hope they listen to everyone who complained about issues logging in. Rest In Peace, Tunnel Town

Was trying to play but it keeps saying I need internet when I have a paid phone, I do have internet so that needs to get fixed, the game used to be a 5 star game and rn it’s a 1 since I can’t play it at all

Unplayable
As others have stated, this game cannot be played. I was unable to load into my old account, but I wasn’t bothered by that so I just made a new one. Then there’s the error of offline mode being unavailable and that you need to retry after connecting to the internet. The international is connected and at full bars. Nothing has fixed this, I literally cannot open past the intro screen. Don’t bother unless this problem gets fixed in the future.

When I first joined in this game, there was an issue or an error this game is old I think the owners made this game on a long time ago. Maybe a player banned the game. So I deleted it

I played this game a lot when I was little so about a couple years ago I downloaded it again then one day it just stopped loading I looked into it and saw the game was abandoned while last updated 7 years ago but I would love if you can start updating again. Totally understand if not

I loved this game as a kid, i genuinely did, i used to be addicted to the gems/stars grinds, and building up my own tunnels for my rabbits to have fun. Please bring this fun game back, i have been trying to get back in but it won’t work it says i don’t have internet connection which i clearly do. I loved this game growing up and just installed it today, but now it’s not letting me in. I’m glad I’m not the only one experiencing these issues and being unable to play, but I hope this game gets fixed so we can all play it once more.
Great Game, But :(
I really used to enjoy playing this game and I had a great town with lots of adorable little bunnies. I hadn’t been playing for a while because I got a Nintendo Switch and that kind of got all my attention, but then I got it again and wanted to make a new file, because I liked different things and my old file wouldn’t be to my taste. So I just keep getting errors and I can’t log on and then I’m like “Oh no, I don’t think you can play it anymore” which is really sad because it used to be one of my favorite games. It would make me very happy if it came back, because I used to love playing it, even if I wasn’t very rich on it, and I hope the creators come back to it, because I really did love it. AKA, bring it back. I’ve read the other reviews and it seems like we’re banning together to bring back this game. Our chant is: Tunnel Town Isn’t Done! Tunnel Town Isn’t Down! Tunnel Town Isn’t Done! It says you need to connect to Internet, but I already am
Kind of bad but I’m trying to get into the game. It’s not even letting me I’m trying to play, but it says you need to connect to Internet all the time even though I’m trying to play it I keep typing and random names and then keep saying Internet you need to be connected to the Internet
