Unusable
I’m on vacation in China so I decided to download a VPN in order to use services like Gmail, Google etc. But before you use the VPN you must make an account using Gmail which isn’t possible because it’s blocked so the app is basically useless for me.
Please let the user use different methods of creating an account in case one is blocked or let the user try the VPN temporarily so they can use Gmail or whatnot.

not very good internet wise recently
I’ve used it for awhile and it typically works just fine, but recently the internet on it has been very slow, to the point where I have to turn it on and off just to get sites loading. i used to use this app alot but might look for an alternative.

I paid 10.99$ in hope of the vpn not being a scam, it just says connecting over and over again. Does not work

If you want to connect to other countries you need to pay, they removed the free option.

I’ve been a loyal user of this app for over 15 years, but the last years updates have made it unbearable. The app keeps logging me out at random — a problem I’ve flagged with zero improvement. At this point, the constant disruption makes the service unusable. If this glitch isn’t resolved immediately, I will be canceling my account.

When did it get rubbis
Used TunnelBear on and off while living abroad. Appreciated the 2gb free monthly limit but why is it now no allowing me to connect anywhere but my home country?!

i've been using this app occasionally for years but now you can't change countries for free anymore :( would take a free 1gb a month for any countries than paying $20nzd per month
Was free but sneaky charges
I used the free up to 2gb per month service from time to time, but out of nowhere it tried to auto renew for $60 per year with me ever signing up. Cancelled and deleted,disappointed that they would pull that.

This is hands down the best and most useful app I have on all of my devices. Never lets me down, quick easy connections, never drops. Love it and everything about it. Keep up the great work.
Never stay connected
Never stays connected from Philippines to USA. Have to reconnect 3-4 times a day. I will be looking for another vpn provider
