I’ve had a paid subscription for years. This year I’ve had nothing but problems. It continually drops the connection & sometimes I can’t connect at all. I won’t be renewing my subscription.

Cannot verify

When I try to open the link to verify, it doesn’t load at all and therefore I can’t even login properly. I tried to open the link from all websites available (chrome, google, safari- all the same: just a blank loading page)

These recent updates…

I’ve used TunneBear for lots of years now, but the recent updates made it a almost full paid service, so i couldn’t use an ip from another country now…So yeah, now this app is just space lost in disk, one star.

Update: The free version no longer allows connection to other countries. What a bummer. I loved using this app for album releases.

Previous: I’ve used this app twice to listen to a few songs on YouTube that are not available in my country. Anywho, thanks to the developers for making this app!!! The free version is very easy to use.

Unusable

I’m on vacation in China so I decided to download a VPN in order to use services like Gmail, Google etc. But before you use the VPN you must make an account using Gmail which isn’t possible because it’s blocked so the app is basically useless for me.

Please let the user use different methods of creating an account in case one is blocked or let the user try the VPN temporarily so they can use Gmail or whatnot.

I’ve used it for awhile and it typically works just fine, but recently the internet on it has been very slow, to the point where I have to turn it on and off just to get sites loading. i used to use this app alot but might look for an alternative.

Canceling if this glitch isn’t fixed

I’ve been a loyal user of this app for over 15 years, but the last years updates have made it unbearable. The app keeps logging me out at random — a problem I’ve flagged with zero improvement. At this point, the constant disruption makes the service unusable. If this glitch isn’t resolved immediately, I will be canceling my account.

Used TunnelBear on and off while living abroad. Appreciated the 2gb free monthly limit but why is it now no allowing me to connect anywhere but my home country?!
Having to pay to access other countries?! I’ll not be doing that
