Highly recommend!
I'm a piano teacher and use this app quite a bit in lessons to reinforce note reading skills. The very opening levels, which help students map out the general areas of the keyboard are valuable and unique. My students love the app and I love it too: it works really well at improving their ability to discern intervals and read in all parts of the grand staff (across 4 octaves) without seeming like 'hard work'. I like that I can have individual profiles for up to 10 students on each device (luckily I have 2 iPads, so that's 20 students!). The developer is super responsive. Highly recommended!

My son adores this app. The introduction to the staff during the beginning levels is unmatched in its concept. And the introduction to composition island allows children to learn through expressing their creativity.

Super durchdachtes Konzept und großartig motivierend!
Pädagogisch super durchdachte und extrem motivierende App. Für mich als Klavierlehrer genau das, was ich suchte, da ich eigene Melodien in Form von Steinen eingeben kann. Die Methode, nach Noten auf dem Klavier zu spielen und mittels des Mikrofons kontrolliert und gegebenfalls korrigiert zu werden streicht die Gedankenschritte „Was ist das denn jetzt für eine Note?“ und „habe ich die Melodie richtig gespielt?“ und macht somit das Üben leichtgängig und keinesfalls langweilig. Ich bin hellauf begeistert! Danke Jan Gazdzicki für diese tolle App!
Bitte auch dringend die Gitarrenversion Ausprobieren. Dort kann man sogar Melodien mit Vorzeichen eintragen. Bisher habe ich noch nicht rausgefunden wie das in der Klavier-Variante geht. Wenn dies aber möglich wird, ist die App umso perfekter für mich!

Brilliant app
They’ve negated sharps, flats, and rhythms for simplicity sake. My son is learning piano with me and he loves us composing melodies for each other to play. A small gripe is that the app regularly thinks we’re playing a different note from what we are. Since consistency is so vital at this early stage I wish this could be resolved. With that said, this is still easily one of my favourite apps for introducing children to reading sheet music.
