Does not work on MV TV Lusso
The phone Bluetooth connection to the bike is established successfully, however the MV App will not connect via Bluetooth. Spent hours trying to resolve the problem. I’m an IT specialist so I am no amateur to these types of problems. This app is very buggy. Not worth downloading.
I found the problem, the App will only work with IOS 15.6.1 or older. Still clunky when initially pairing, but works as intended.

Connection Problem Resolved
I’ve had a problem connecting this app to the MV TV for years, but I’m a techy so I didn’t give up! The problem was NOT the phone connecting to the bike via Bluetooth as this worked perfectly; the MV Turismo + App would not connect to the Bluetooth API on Apple IOS. I pulled out an old iPhone and downgraded it to IOS 15.6.1 and it worked no problem. So there’s the solution if you’re desperate to get it working.

Doesn’t work
Only some iPhone models, only on old versions of iOS, are working. iPhone XR on iOS 14 for example still connects.
If you have anything newer, with newer iOS, then it does not connect.
If MV Agusta doesn’t stand behind their product, why they at least can’t publish the source code? It would’ve been possible to fix it.

Does not connect to bike
I'm able to pair the devices with the bike, but the app will not recognize the bike and will not connect to tune suspension or view trips. Once paired, and the app opens, the bluetooth icon flashes on the dashboard, but the app doesn't recognize the bike and never fully pairs.
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t connect to the bike. I captured a Bluetooth trace from Xcode and it looks like it’s requesting a function that isn’t available on the bike. Support stopped responding to me after basic troubleshooting. The only solution will be to hack the bike if you want access to more suspension adjustment or data logging. MV certainly won’t help you.
