Horrible app and horrible service
I have been a client for more than 2 years now, I’ve always made payments on time with the autopay, now all of a sudden my account is transferred to a different company and they haven’t said anything, no mail, no emails, all I’ve go was a text from a random number saying “from today your account belongs to us” I’ve tried to call them, as soon as the automatic robot answer when I press to speak with a operator they transfer me to a different company. Like they’ve disappeared

Terrible
Don’t waste your time downloading this app. Crashes just trying to log in and then once you finally get logged in it will crash and not let you do anything. Had the app a week tried to get it set up everyday and it’s crashed every time.
