The app did have one issue when text came up in German lol but Yaz helped me with everything and I’m pretty excited about using Turno!

I love this app , it got great connections so happy I found turno , also the agents are so helpful, My favorite is someone called Emma , She is so kind and quirky to respond and fix any issues, she is amazing 🙏 we love turno ❤️❤️❤️

This app is happy to take your $90 for the background check I have only received one job that paid $80. So if your desperate for work I suggest not trusting this app

While it’s not perfect, it’s pretty darn useful. I’ve used Turno in multiple markets and appreciate the ranking system used to evaluate cleaners. I’ve also gotten good help from tech support, most recently from Julius 😀
Scam
Very ban super scam u never going win a bid also losing bids with a “$30 job is crazy. Need pay for enter in the app but never won 1 job in 2 months. Even while make price lower losing for a bid +$100 over my price is crazy!!! scammmmm

Gimmick not worth it!
This app sounds like a great way to get air bnb clients and yes it shows a lot of jobs but it absolutely not worth it. First off it’s hard af to get an actual booking and if you do manage to get one 99% of the time the client will cancel last minute on you and Turno won’t compensate you for that. They charge like $89 for a background which I still have been able to make that money back and I’ve been on the app for 6 months and even though I have gotten a few bids accepted. I never get a chance to actually clean and I’m a great 5 star cleaner on other gig apps. Don’t waste your money with them.

1+ year of use - extremely happy
I have used Turno since June of 2025 and have loved the app. User friendly, easy to manage projects, communicate with hosts, and bid on new projects. Today, for the first time after a year, I was having issues with payment. Allan was patient and helpful in resolving the issue. He was able to troubleshoot issues with my bank account setup - which I have to note was on my end - and even gave me detailed step by step instructions to walk me through correcting it. Richard then checked in to follow up and Vicky was able to assist on the backend with Stripe. All in all, very happy with the app and the customer service they provide.

Host didnt pay!!
I saw that my payout was voided. I spoke with an agent named Sunny, but she wasn’t helpful at all. She kept telling me to contact the host about the payment, but I can’t contact the host. I’m really upset because this has been a waste of my time, and I still don’t have a solution.

Yaz is the best
I was feeling very frustrated with the app due to lack of knowledge I was not getting the most out of it. Yaz helped me through each step and was super patient with me and extremely helpful.
