Yaz is the best
I was feeling very frustrated with the app due to lack of knowledge I was not getting the most out of it. Yaz helped me through each step and was super patient with me and extremely helpful.

Son puros estafadores, esta aplicación es de lo peor por mas bajos que ofrecía mis precios jamas se acepto una sola oferta en todo el año y me bajaron hasta el nivel mas bajo y nomas me llagaba 1 o 2 ofertas al mes, solo porque un tiempo estuve inactiva, jamas volvería a usar esta aplicación

Allan explained that even if there was a specific company policy in place for my issue, he went the extra mile to ensure he did his part to help to the fullest. I’ve only needed a contact customer service a couple of times. It’s always been an error on my end lol both times they have helped walk me through the steps needed to take to fix the issue… Today the representative was named Ally, and she was wonderful.

Waste of time and money
This app is a waste take your chances on Upshift, instawork and homeaglow. They make you pay 89.99 for a background check just to not guarantee you any jobs. You legit see all kinds of offers but never really get them. I had my first bnb which was a pain in the back considering we didn’t go over how’d she like the clean but ways to advance my company. She tells me at the end how she wanted to Airbnb set up when I legit was scheduled to be done. I worked 9 hours on this project and had to wait extra hours just because she was busy. As well as be treated poorly because she was scared someone would break n in to the property which in turn gave her more reason to not give me what I needed in order to “reset” the property. I spent 89.99 plus 50 getting background and supplies as well as gas just to not see any of it come back

Cleaner REVIEW
I’ve been on the app for a year now and won about 3 good bids that were worth the money. At first I tested for low ball price. It seems cleaners are working for little money because all my bids were below $25 a hr and I still didn’t win many but the few that were low wanted everything done plus more and added things along the way. Also be mindful that you can get clients who use bad payment methods and never get paid for your work.
