Poor Delivery and Customer Service
Whenever I order from Turquaz Gourmet there is always an issue about delivery. Last time although I made my order for say “before 4pm because it’s when they stop doing deliveries” and still I didn’t receive my order on time but I had it next day. Even for this mistake they recommended me to send a careem box if it was so urgent.
Now after a while I again placed an order bare in mind at 2pm and they called me and ask me what time do I need it to be delivered , knowing the fact that they stop deliveries 4pm I said no rush later in today is fine. Right now is 17.35pm and I still didn’t receive my order and I live 15mins away from the market place. On the phone I been informed I will receive my order at 9pm and that the delivery guy is delivering 15orders at the same time.
Poor management and poor services never ordering from them again.
