Excellent Service
Diana greeted us at the door and she is the reason we kept coming back after our first visit. Lauren was our excellent server. She made perfect suggestions for us after asking a few questions about what we were thinking about eating. She was very helpful and accommodating. Outstanding food and service!

We are so pleased with Turtle Jacks ! Food is always hot, tasty and consistent. Wings are awesome .. not greasy, burgers are flame grilled and the breaded pickled are our favourite!
The Asian bowls are amazing as well. One of our fav places. Happy hour is 2-5 and 8-close so reasonably priced !

Amazing Atmosphere, Service and Meal
We have had several meals at Turtle Jacks during our stay in West Kelowna. Every meal was delicious with outstanding service. We’d definitely recommend this restaurant if you are looking for amazing taste and generous potion sizes.

First Time At Turtles
Lots of tasty options in the menu. Sticky Toffee Pudding was huge. Will be going back.

Leslie was the absolute best server. Each entree was delicious from the deep fried pickles app the chicken parm, chicken alfredo, to the chicken fajitas. And thanks Turtle Jacks for my free Birthday dessert. We will be back!
