Useless
The website is great on a computer but the app is non functional. On previous tries, the audio function wouldn’t work so you could only chat, which is super difficult when you’re already working with a small screen. Now it just circles back to the “connect with tutor” screen when you enter the info and hit submit. Tutor.com is only good if you can access an actual computer.

Crashes
It crashes A LOT. For some reason when I type in my topic , subject, question then go click submit . It takes me right back to the same screen . I can’t connect with a tutor . I tried my iPad, phone and it doesn’t work .

Not a Mobile App
I downloaded this thinking it would be a simpler way to get help, other than pulling out my computer every time. The subject selection screen is ok, but when you start the request and wait for a tutor, the UI looks like I am viewing the app in a web browser. Not a mobile experience in my opinion.
Unreliable
This is a very un reliable concept. I tried to get help with some math and it gave me wrong answers and was very confusing. This is just a terrible app. No offense.
Worthless
Never talked to tutor. Crashed 3 times.
App crashes
App is always crashing. I can never open it to even use it. I always have to resort to my internet on the phone which is a not so user friendly site for kids who need a tutor.
Crashes and login never works
App crashes every time I open it and tells me my username and password is incorrect but same login works on the website.
Should have checked the reviews before downloading
Has crashed 15 times. I haven't even gotten to use it, just reboot it.
This website is truly great
My experience with tutor.com has been amazing, and saved me many times in homework, studying, and more, it has also helped me get ahead and become an A student!

This application is just garbage. It takes hours to download, and It will never connect with the audio even we chose the audio option. It is very slow and keeps crashing every second. So what a waste of time developing this up and wasting our time to download this horrible application. So please stop joking and fix it.

Wont let me get a tutor
Every time I try and get a tutor it comes up with an error code and won’t let me get it. I try again later and it still won’t let me.
Love the new update!
This updated app is awesome! Love the tutoring, essay review, and practice quizzes too.
One question help only?!
My daughter downloaded this app for help with math and the tutor said” she was only allowed to help with one problem” DONE.
Here’s what NEEDS to change:
-lack of voice chat capabilities
-UNBEARABLE amount of app crashes
-no color pen changing option for students
-no changing size of pen ink
-Pen frequently draws lines that aren’t necessary. AKA the pen AND your hand can draw a line at the same time.
-outdated look to the app
-glitches when you rotate the screen
-when you click the button sometimes it doesn’t bring you to the second screen, the button just freezes
-sometimes when you are waiting, even if a tutor becomes available, it still keeps you waiting so you have to relog back in

Very good on a tablet or computer
I was using this app on an iPhone, and wasn’t able to use the whiteboard function, which made the explanation a little hard to follow. I wish that there was a way to see the board and write on it when not on a tablet or computer.
Good in theory
It will not allow me to type responses to my tutors. I have been left twice because I cannot type responses.

Everything starts off well, and then bam app glitches and you get disconnected to the tutor out of no where it’s super frustrating!
You can use it as the last resource
I did not like the application. I find more helpful to use it in a computer because by error my phone shut down and I couldn’t continue with my section
