1.7.4

Tuwa 1.7.4 — your session, in your order • See today's whole session first. Start today opens on every move of the day, with today's numbers beside your plan. • Reorder by hand. Hold a move and drag it to a new place — before you start, or mid-session from the up-next bar. A superset moves as one. Your program stays as written. • One clear call for today. Today, the pre-session brief, the widget and your in-session suggestions all come from the same readiness decision, with the reason in plain words. • Your sets are backed up. Every exercise and every set now syncs with your account, so a new phone restores your full training history. • Faster logging. Scrub to the weight on the load step you set for each movement, or type it exactly. Holds and carries get a time scrub instead of a timer. Finish is one sheet: your summary and an effort rating from 1 to 10. • Per-side and carry logging. "3 × 30 s each side" runs as left and right rounds; loaded carries log weight with time or distance. • Missed a session? When today is free, it becomes today's session; when today has its own, the missed one is skipped. One tap changes either. • Done today: after you train, Today shows what you logged and when your next session is. • Your plan in Profile: see whether you are on Pro or Free, and manage your subscription. • A clearer lock screen: the current move, the set, what comes next and your rest clock. • Describe a workout in words to log it. In-app voice logging is retired; your keyboard's dictation still works. • Privacy: raw health readings now stay on your iPhone — only scores sync. Before any text is sent for parsing, Tuwa asks you once and names the processor. Signing out removes the account's data from the device. • Fixes across the paywall, the language switch, sync status and more.
