Works great, just pricey!
As a longtime user, the app ended up in the background for many years due to limited usability. Since the past 6 months I found it and started using it again and I find it very useful. (It’s like a digital version of the old universal remotes that merged several remotes into one so you didn’t have to look for specific ones). Instead of searching out each separate app to control a device, it’s located in the one. I am giving it 5 stars because I was grandfathered into a single payment to unlock the pro features. With that said and even how good this app is, they should consider lowering their price considering it’s not that big of a hassle to just use the manufacturer apps at no cost. ($364+tax per year is very steep at weekly rate). Also physical universal remotes are overall cheaper ($45 for best one that controls up to 8 devices) and less hassle once setup. I would definitely consider the lifetime subscription if still available. (You may have to subscribe then go into subscriptions to change to the lifetime for the additional cost). The 5 stars are for usability and very little app tracking compared to competition.

Love the remote
Loved the app so I purchased the lifetime subscription. Lately, every time I open the app, I have to restore my purchase. Finally yesterday, my biggest fear…when I went to restore the purchase, it said there were no purchases on my account. I reached out via messenger for resolution. But have not received a response. Needless to say I am disappointed.
