App không dùng được tại nước ngoài

Thực sự app có rất nhiều phim hay nhưng tại sao lại không cho người Việt Nam ở nước ngoài được quyền xem phim Việt Nam? App xuất hiện trong App Store nước ngoài nhưng không thể xem được 1 bộ phim nào hết. Nếu không xem được bất kỳ bộ phim nào thì gỡ app đi chứ để làm gì vậy ạ?

Nếu chỉ xem được ở trong lãnh thổ Việt Nam thì hãy gỡ app ở store nước ngoài đi ạ, vì để 1 app không dùng được lên thì không hay đâu ạ.

Chào bạn! Dịch vụ TV360 hạn chế lãnh thổ nên chỉ xem tại Việt Nam. Còn ra nước ngoài kể cả roaming thì vẫn không phải IP của Việt Nam nên không xem được bạn nhé.

Tự động gia hạn dù chưa đến ngày

Chưa hết 1 tháng đã tự động gia hạn, chán không chịu được. Không ghi rõ ngày gia hạn làm cho khách hàng không biết khi nào sẽ gia hạn, xong chưa hết 1 tháng đã tự động gia hạn. Mình đăng ký ngày 5 tháng trước mà đến ngày 3 tháng này đã gia hạn, đã hết 1 tháng đâu?? Mà với cả app nên ghi rõ ngày gia hạn đi cho khách hàng biết
