Terrible!!! Wait let me go in and finish paying on my open end loan thought I just asked to pay in full. Go back in and pay a few more cents interest! Wow!

HORRIBLE!
This is the worst app I’ve ever used for a financial institution! Unable to login sometimes without explanation, doesn’t show transaction details, must download ANOTHER app for credit card details and notifications, can’t pay directly to principal, payments from one account to another aren’t automatic. This is an embarrassing app for an established bank. Seriously considering returning to Capital One just because of this app!

App will not open
updated my iphone to ios 16.4 and ever since then, I click on the tva app and it immediately crashes

Haven’t been able to access my account in over two months. It keeps saying it’s a technical issue but they have yet to fix it

The make a deposit by taking pictures does not work.
Not working
This app is not working for iPhone 11 Pro Max. It was before but now it’s not.
Too slow/crashes
The app keeps crashing before I can complete my mobile deposit. When it doesn’t crash it takes several seconds to move from screen to screen. It is extremely slow. WiFi is at full strength and is not an issue. Also, you have to fill out SO MUCH info on the back of each check to use mobile deposit or it rejects it...without a notification. Other bank apps do not have this problem.

What happened?
All of a sudden the app stopped working and I keep getting error message “You do not have network connectivity “ and won’t let me log in. Can’t find anywhere to get help.

Wish there was touch log-in similar to apple iPhone access.
Good when it works.
Very simple app, very useful for just keeping up with balances. WHEN IT WORKS. Currently will not except password, keeps giving error message.
