Buggy, doesn’t work
Paid for yearly membership bc I’m a huge fan, but the app continues to be buggy (restarting, doesn’t save the place and there are sound issues) and now it doesn’t even log me in. Please fix the app.
Good content. App need serious improvement
The content is good but the apple play does not work, every time I try to cast on my Apple TV the app crashes. When using chrome cast the video quality drops tremendously making it impossible to watch. If you are charging customers your app needs to be properly tested, these are basic things which has to work.

Great shows but no captions
I got the app to watch Tripling but the subtitles don’t work. My understanding of Hindi/ Urdu is very rudimentary so I’m only able to understand about 50% of what is going on 😭😭😭 At this rate I’m going to have to cancel my subscription which I really don’t want to do.
Don’t see captions when casted
I don’t see captions when casted either using Google chrome-cast or Apple TV. Could you please help fix it?
Very difficult to cancel subscription!!!
I have been trying to cancel subscription since a few months now. Emailed customer service and received an automated response saying they are looking into it. They keep charging $3.99 per month. There is no where either in the app or on their website a way to cancel the subscription. Their terms and use seems to have been copy pasted from somewhere else. It states we can cancel the subscription anytime but there is no where it on their website it gives that option. Beware of this as they will keep charging you this fee forever.

Crashes and won’t open
Recently downloaded this app as my son loves “Yeh Meri Family” and it’s no longer on Netflix. Was about to subscribe to your service but the app crashes every time I try to open it. Wish it worked but it doesn’t.

I’m trying to open the app after using my gmail id but it’s automatically shutting down.. Giving 1 star for now but once the app start working, will change it.
App is crashing
I had TVF before downloaded and subscribed just to watch Pitchers. I loved the app watch couple good series like Kota factory, Roommates and so. My subscription expired and i moved out of the app. I want to subscribe again and i downloaded the app but as soon as i try to sign in with my gmail the app crashes. Tried couple times but same thing. Tried turning off my phone to see if its my issue but seems like its and app. I really want to subscribe if you can get the issue resolved.

App crashes on iPhone in USA
Not sure if it country specific issue but app crashes on iPhone 11 as soon it is launched . I am using latest app version and have latest iOS.
Subtitles are screwed, Stupid app
Why are the subtitles are not in sync? For the entire series( example yeh meri family). That too your own series in your own app. This is clearly unacceptable and it’s complete waste of my money.

The app works on my phone and it used to work on my Apple TV before but from the last couple of days it stopped working and just says connection error
Content for younger people... Subtitles too small
Themes are interesting for younger more than older people probably. I'm in my forties and found boring. Disappointed because it had an actor I loved from Laakhon mein ek but this show was less deep. American channels have bigger subtitles in English which I prefer. Found myself having to look down too long at subtitles. Nice aesthetics to the shows which I enjoyed. Writers could use work in my opinion. Production quality or at least quality of shows transmitted were rough on my iPad. Can't imagine watching on TV if it's this bad on my iPad unless it's better on TV. Content too silly for me or too irritating in terms of characters. After watching some content from India making it to America on other platforms I was disappointed.

App for Apple TV does not work
I paid full subscription thinking I’ll view it on Apple TV however the app just doesn’t connect to the network. Waste of money, I will be canceling my subscription.
Apple TV app is not working
Please fix the Apple TV app, it just crashes after displaying a connection error message and asks to try again later and then it just doesn’t let me go back. This version is messed up. Please fix it.
Review for Apple TV.
The Apple TV suddenly stopped working two weeks ago. I can browse but cannot play. I subscribed after I saw that TVF now has Apple TV app.
App never worked
App worked only to collect the subscription amount that’s it, unable to play videos at all from mobile, iPad and even on browser. It’s really shame on the team.
Why can’t the video quality be 1080p???!!!
The video quality is so poor. Fix it TVF. You’re shows are outstanding, let us have at least a good experience watching them.
Why subscription?
Why is there a subscription just for the international audience? I can easily watch anything on TVF Play in India but cannot open the app without subscribing to a plan. It’s just annoying!
