TVG website very poor. Will not update and works intermittently. Will likely close the account. Largely useless. Zero stars.

Totally unusable
Not sure how updating an app so it crashes when you click for information, crashes when you attempt to make a deposit, and then the crashes anytime you attempt to log in after it finally logs you out makes the app more usable and friendly. But that’s the only “improvement” I can see. Maybe if I knew the secret to keeping the app up and running….but I don’t. So it is now utterly useless.

Started freezing about a month ago
Starts off ok but as soon as a bet is made and you minimize the app when you open it back up totally frozen. Nothing works to fix it. Deleted it. Reinstalled. Cleared cache. Nothing. Started using TS site. Too bad because I like this layout better but I’m sick of frozen screens.
Be aware
This app always freezes and glitches and doesn’t work on the biggest horse racing days. Every year never fails. Bettors take this as a warning
Slow for Kentucky derby
App fumbled on the most important race of the year. Atrociously slow app, wouldn’t cancel my bet, wouldn’t let me place a bet, app froze multiple times. So many bugs. Leadership in charge totally blew it all over the Kentucky derby. What a terrible user experience. Never had this problem before FanDuel.

On frickkng DERBY day your app won’t let me change my physical address so I can’t deposit and your customer service is on an indefinite break. Deleted and will never use again.

I can open the app, make a bet and no problem. As long as I don’t leave the site…if I do I can’t open the site again. Sick and tired of getting shut out of the enjoyment of betting and watching the races!

Issues with new update
There’s some issues with the new update. When I go to Account Summary it shows a blank page. The app also showed I had open bets, but those races were over 2 hours ago.
I uninstalled the app. Powered off my phone. Powered on my phone. Reinstalled the app. Unfortunately, am experiencing the same issues.
Once these issues are resolved, I will change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you.

Horrible betting experience on larger race days
I will not fully switch to the FanDuel racing app because the layout is terrible. TVG is easier to navigate, but glitches often, lagging, hangs. I’ve complained so many times about TVG, Yet nothing changes. Eventually, if they won’t fix what’s broken, I’ll take my money and go to another app.
Question about selecting favorite tracks
I was wondering about your favorite track selection feature on your app. I clicked on the star next to the track but it only flashes once and doesn’t record my selection. I have an iPhone 16 using the 18.5 iOS. Is there a setting I need to configure?
