Unauthorized
I login using my cable credentials, this channel is included in my package, and it always says unauthorized. The login is successful but always unauthorized. I reached out to TVOne several times and have not ever received a response. This started happening with the last big update. Frustrating. .

Keep getting a prompt telling me I have 3 devices already linked and won’t let me access any content which is false since I’ve only ever had the same single device connected. There’s no section in the app or website to tell me exactly what devices are alleged to be connected to my account and support still hasn’t gotten back to me after emailing them my complaint. As it stands, the app is worthless to me right now. Even after deleting my account and re-linking and uninstalling and reinstalling the app nothing’s changed except that after 40 tries I might get to watch 1 episode of show. Fix. Fix. Fix. 👎

App not working
App will not play any shows nor movies. I have deleted the app multiple times and sign out multiple times as well and nothing has work. Then it’s telling me streaming is blocked because I’m logged in several devices but I’m only logged in to one device.
SIGNING IN DOESN’T WORK
Update: it’s saying things like season expire,something went wrong. Your app still can’t sign me in. I’m tired of waiting. I sign in to my cable tv website then have to wait minute after minute after minute and wow your app still can’t sign me in. Yall need to change the tech of the app, every month we have to sign in and I have to try day after day after day. Just to watch live tv on the app. Still not working. Missing my shows because I can’t be home to watch new episodes. This app is not worth downloading . Live tv doesn’t work here neither do the shows
