The experience and connectivity issue
Several Issues Affecting User Experience
1. Fuel Range/Distance Issue
After filling the fuel tank completely, the distance/range from full tank to empty is not displayed correctly. It seems there may be an issue with values above 100 km, while values below 100 km appear to be working correctly.
2. Assets Download Error
Every time I open the app, an “Assets Download” related error appears. This happens repeatedly on every app launch and needs to be fixed.
3. Unable to Delete Vehicle
After adding a vehicle, the Delete/Remove option is disabled when only one vehicle is added. There should be an option to remove the vehicle if the user wants to unlink or change it.
4. Map/Navigation & MAC ID Issue
When accessing the map through vehicle navigation, it frequently fails to load. Sometimes a “MAC ID not found” error is displayed, making the navigation feature unreliable.
Overall, the SmartConnect features are useful, but these bugs should be addressed to make the app more reliable and user-friendly. Hopefully, these issues will be resolved in the upcoming updates.
Disappointed with app features and performance
Despite charging an annual subscription fee for connected features such as music control, call notifications, live location tracking, maps and other smart functions, these features are unreliable or completely unavailable. In particular, there is no functional music control or monitoring feature, even though it is promoted as part of the connected experience.
Overall, the app performance and connectivity need significant improvement. Customers should not be charged for premium features that are non-functional or unavailable. I request TVS to improve the app's stability, fix connectivity issues, and ensure that all promised features work as advertised before continuing to charge subscription fees.

Add this missing feature
For example, in the Ather app, I can share a location directly from Google Maps or another app, and it instantly opens the destination for navigation on the scooter's screen. This makes the navigation experience much more seamless.
In the TVS app, however, I have to manually search for every destination. This becomes frustrating because:
Some locations can't be found through search.
If a friend shares their live location or a Google Maps pin via WhatsApp or another app, I can't share it directly to the TVS app to start navigation.
It would be a great improvement to support receiving shared locations (Google Maps links, dropped pins, coordinates, and shared locations from other apps) directly in the TVS app and sending them to the vehicle for navigation with a single tap.
This version is concise, clearly explains the problem, provides a real-world comparison, and ends with a specific feature request.
