Terrible rebrand

Been working great for our church, but this new branding is ridiculous.
FaithSpark is cool and interesting, Twelve Discipleship reeks of corporatization and lacks any personality. It is incredibly awkward to use in conversation and seems disconnected from its purpose.
Also, now our church is struggling to change all of our documents that mention FaithSpark.
Hope you guys reconsider. Bad move all around.

Thank you for your honest feedback - we really do appreciate it. The decision to change from FaithSpark to TWELVE was a tough one! I'm happy to share a few of the reasons here with you! First, we needed a name that’s simple to say and recognize in many languages. Second, it was actually youth and youth workers who started telling us that FaithSpark felt a bit too young for older students and leaders. Third, our mission is to try and emulate the discipleship relationships shown in Christ's Twelve Disciples and strengthen the local church. We feel TWELVE reflects that mission really well. We’re sorry for the hassle of updating your church’s documents, and even though we’re a small team, we’d be more than happy to help however we can! Photos?

I like the app, my one thing I would like to see is the ability to delete albums or at the very least hide them. I ended up getting overloaded with photos that I don’t want anymore. Please help with this issue.

Thanks for the feedback! You can delete albums by tapping on the album, then tapping the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner. Choose Edit, then tap Delete. If you need any more help, feel free to reach out to us at support@twelveapp.co - we’re always happy to help!

Great idea but still needs alot of work

Too many glitches, will kick people out of their account, or will say that I can’t message people, can’t post pictures on the feed, Etc. Great app that I want to use but the unresponsive and unreliability of the app makes it difficult. Please fix these problems!

Great safe app to talk to kids

What I like is the filters and ability to ensure it is a safe way to communicate between youth pastors and kids in youth. Nice transparency, clear and simple to use just for our group.
