About
You don't have to call yourself an alcoholic.
TWENTY is a private app for people who know it's a problem
and are never walking into a room to say so out loud.
Whether you want to stop completely or just drink less, it
works the same way.
A CRAVING LASTS ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES
That's the actual duration. It peaks around fifteen minutes
in and falls whether or not you act on it.
Meetings are on Wednesdays. Courses are read in the morning.
Trackers ask about yesterday.
TWENTY is for while it's happening. Press one button and a
timer starts. For twenty minutes there's something in front
of you: breathing, distraction, your own words, and a few
hundred things worth knowing.
Then it's twenty minutes later and you're still here.
BUILT AROUND YOUR NIGHT
You tell it once when the urge usually hits, what sets it
off, which day is hardest. It builds around that instead of
sending you a reminder at nine in the morning.
Every evening it asks one question: what's tonight? A
decision made before the urge, not during it.
A PROFILE THAT GROWS
Everything you tell it comes back as something you can read.
Your pattern. What it costs you. What you want back. What
you've already tried and why it didn't fit.
Then it starts telling you things you didn't tell it. When
your urges actually cluster. Which day is really the hard
one. What works for you and what doesn't.
IT COUNTS WHAT YOU DID
Days on target. Urges you sat through. Not what you are.
A slip is data. Log it and move on. Nothing else resets.
NOTHING TO ADMIT
No meetings.
No sponsor.
No higher power.
No lifelong label.
No account, no email, no name.
Everything stays on your phone. There is no server and no
way for anyone to see any of it.
SUBSCRIPTION
$99.99 a year or $14.99 a month. No free tier, no ads,
nothing sold to anyone. Cancel any time in your App Store
settings.
TWENTY is a behaviour-change tool, not treatment. If your
answers suggest your body may be dependent on alcohol, the
app will tell you so and point you to a doctor. Stopping
suddenly at that level can be dangerous.
