i just downloaded the app to connect it to my candy bong and the app crashed immediately. i opened it several times and it’s still the same. doesn’t even let me open it for a second

I LOVE THE CANDYBONG ITS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LIGHTSTICK!!!
Won’t connect.
My app says “this app is not a candybong you can connect to. Please connect to another candybong.” What gives? It works on android however the last three light settings didn’t work so I wanted to use my iPad. But it won’t let me?! Please fix.
Trouble with Skin Settings
I haven’t had trouble with the app until the recent update. Admittedly I haven’t used the lightstick in some time. I used to have the skin setting set up already. But now when I try to change it the screen goes dark and I can’t select anything.
Problem
I cant use Candy bong now. Fix the app.
We buy Bong Z anyway so no need to deactive Candy bong :)
