UI needs work
This app is great in that it is a one time purchase. Props to the dev. But the layout and functionality of the buttons and the way that you edit is just not intuitive.

hello There is a problem with the latest update of this wonderful app.
When we share an audio file from within the app and then try to share it with another app using the Share button, the following error message appears:
Error: Exporting file failed
I kindly ask the development team to investigate this issue and fix it in the next update, as it prevents audio files from being shared with other applications.

Poor Support on iPad OS
Why is there no manual for TwistedWave on ipad? Also why can i no longer see the “Denoise” functionality on the iPad app. I want my money back.

No Documentation
I've been all over the internet trying to find a manual for the ios version of Twisted Wave. No luck. Ios version very different from desktop version but no explanation for how to use it exists anywhere. There is what looks like a volume slider at the top of the recording window. What is it for? It has no effect on input level. How do you select regions? How does one use the buttons at the bottom of the record window? Lack of ANY documentation makes it impossible to use this app for anything other that quick recording.

Thank you for this wonderful application. I am a user of the VoiceOver screen reader for the blind, and I rely on it completely while using the app.
I have a simple request: when recording audio and using the Pause button, then returning to Resume recording , I hope there can be a clear difference in the spoken feedback or notification between the two states.
In other words, the word or audio cue should be different when the recording is paused, and also different when the recording is resumed, so that we can easily know whether the recording is stopped or still ongoing.

No Airplay to Airpods Pro!?
I used to like this app but not being able to listen to recordings through my AirPods Pro 3 is pathetic in 2026.
Great lightweight app
I love this app, it’s so easy to use on iPhone. I use this to edit our church services. I record on a usb stick plugged in to our X32, then I plug the usb into my iPhone and I can edit the audio anytime I want. It can edit 2 hour+ files with ease. 6 stars!
Podcast and radio program use
I have used this program for 10 of the twelve years that I have been doing daily recordings. I love how simple it is to use. I have no skills but I can edit with it.
I appreciate the quality of the recordings.
Thirdly but probably the best is customer service. I have only had two issues in the ten years. Thomas has gotten back to me in a timely fashion and able to fix my problem. Highly recommend this app for your recording needs.

Wonderful App. However….
I have had this app for over ten years and is definitely one of my favorites. However there is a small issue that needs to be adjusted. Since the most recent update, when I play a song, the rewind and fast forward buttons do not work but only when I pause a song. It is a minor issue but nonetheless one of my favorite apps.

I am an iPhone user who relies on VoiceOver ( the screen reader for blind and visually impaired users). While using your app with VoiceOver, I encountered three issues:
1. The VoiceOver gesture used to play/pause media ( two-finger double tap ) does not work inside the app.
2. When I press the option to return to the beginning of the audio , it does not actually go back to the start.
3. The seek bar / progress slider for the audio does not work with VoiceOver, and I cannot control it or change the playback position. I would kindly appreciate it if you could review and fix these issues, as VoiceOver support is very important for blind users.

Awesome, but are gradually changing/keyframe effects possible?
i tried using the markers to set a different start and end point for various of the effects but I think maybe I messed up or something
