Ads
I understand the need for an income stream, but the number of pop up adds for content in the game and then ads that you can’t close is a bit much. I would suggest organizing your pop up content and ads a little better.
Pop up hell - what happened to this game??
I’ve been playing two dots for 10 plus years. It used to be incredible, so relaxing and fun. What in the pop up hell has happened over the past few years?! I just want to play the game, stop taking me to 30 different side quests and rewards. A muffin card?? I’m so confused by it all, are the developers trying to have fewer people play? It feels like some weird joke. Please go back to the original calming and actually fun game.

Forced to watch ads!!!
They are now forcing us to watch ads in the find and seek portion of the game! That is LITERALLY the only part of TD that i play and they have RUINED the experience! Can’t even finish without being forced into watching multiple ads per game! Immediately deleted. The greed is ridiculous!
Loved it until ADS
I loved this game. Especially the search games. Until ads started interrupting my game. Very disappointed and un-installing the game
Used to be fun
When I started playing this game, it was so much fun and there were the occasional ads that you had to watch watch but now the ads are incessantly long and frequent. I only play once a day to keep my reward up that I usually don’t go past one game.
Months with no resolution
I have been having issues with the app not working after years of use. Dozens of email & several videos and no resolutions. When I ask for refunds they do not respond. So disappointed. This is even after multiple updates, removals and reinstallations.
Way too many ads
This used to be my favorite game but now you can’t even get through a single level without having to deal with several ads.

Now it’s overcomplicated and overstimulating and when I click no it shows me extra features anyway and there’s an ad at the top while I play and there’s a watch ad every like 5 minutes it’s insane please go back to how it was before there’s also so many things happening it’s just overwhelming and annoying i preferred it when it was simple

Too many ads
I love this game so much but I can’t handle an ad every 30 seconds, I spend more time watching ads than playing the game and that’s really annoying 🙃
Obsessive Ads
I never seen an app that serves more ads than this. :30 to :90 forced ads not only to win free items but beat a level you get an ad. Ads in the middle of play even. Fun game but some ads trap you into a freeze screen you can never get out.
Used to love it, now it’s TERRIBLE
I cannot with the ads popping up on my screen in the middle of a level. Then if I don’t hit the TINY “X” right in the middle of it (I have an iPhone 17 pro max so I can’t imagine how much smaller it is on a regular sized phone) , it closes my app and opens my browser app onto the advertiser’s website (shien and temu the most). I wouldn’t be so frustrated if there only ads were before/after you play levels, but popping up OVER my entire screen while I’m mid level has done it for me. Also, the amount of store pop up’s and “mini games” when you open the game is a bit much. When I first started playing, there was the regular dots levels and the scavenger hunts. Now there’s cards collecting seasons, a “battle pass”(free and paid option), team games, mining gem game, and too many more. I get about five to ten pop ups when I open the app for different mini games and different things to buy that I have to close one by one. I just want to play the levels and if I want more lives, sure I might buy them. But I don’t need 100 mini games and challenges when I want a relaxing game. These seemingly random unrelated additions plus the million ads have made me quit. I really loved this game and I’m about to hit 1000 completed levels. But it’s just not fun anymore.

Two Dots Has Sold Out
This game used to be amazingly good—minimalist, handcrafted and delightful. Lately though, the game has really gone downhill. The second you open the app it spams you with a million pop-ups for new “adventures” which are really just chances for upsells. It’s nearly impossible to simply play the game these days. The game used to feel like it valued the people who play, but now it reeks of casino-style manipulation obsessed with capturing your time and money above all else. So disappointing.

Choked by ads
The ads are so omnipresent in this game that the game play which is excellent is irreparably harmed. After every level an ad sometime with fake buttons that take you to the app being advertised. There was a time where ads intruded in the game itself and there’s nothing you can do.

I can't even click on the level with out being harassed with 10 pops ups it's insane, the old version was better
Costs too much
I am on level 4394, so I think it is safe to say that I am pretty adept at this puzzle game. However, it has become impossible to advance without spending “gold coins” from my treasure. Almost the only way to get gold coins is to buy them from Two Dots, and they aren’t cheap. So buyer beware—it starts out fun but can become addictive and you are then exploited by the developer.

I miss the simplicity
Our ever precious phone games have become undeniably oversaturated with the next new trend, and knock-offs with same addictive consumption cycle. For me, it saddens and disappoints me that Two Dots is a leading example.
The attention to EVERY detail, as well as the artistic elements of Two Dots, are what always made this game, such a relaxing, and beautiful challenge for my brain. The increasing of complexities of the puzzles as you progress through the game was classic!
Unfortunately, now, like every other game that I used to calmly play, within the first five seconds of opening the app, I am bombarded with 18 different events (everyone and their mama has “trading cards” now 😑), 7 different in-app
purchase deals, a countdown timer for just about everything now.
It’s to the point where when any regular campaign level is solved, and I am intending to just keep casually playing, it takes like 60 *distracting* seconds (instead of like 5 seconds to click the next number).
Honor to the game of Two Dots, please return to us your simplicity of problem solving.

Frustrating
Ive been playing since 2020 and the prizes have gotten cheap. There are many glitches. Especially on cannon challenges and eliminating tiles.
The intro takes too long,
I like playing the game but I dislike, that the intro take so long to play the game.
game won't load at all w/ most recent update
title says it all. the game literally won't load at all after the most recent update. what a joke!! this in addition to the insufferable ads that bog the game down to the point of crashing repeatedly, i am beyond annoyed.
Ads have broken the app
Get pop-up ads multiple times during a level now, some that open my web browser unexpectedly. It messes up the game audio when this happens, stopping the game music from playing (music was one of my fav aspects of the game, which I now always keep muted because of this issue). Also, the forced ads that play once you beat a game? Now if I close the app before those ads finish, it doesn’t save my progress, so I return and find I’m still on the level I just beat. I usually end up losing then because the consumable items i used to beat it before are gone (it managed to save THAT much) and I’m coming back with just a few moves remaining. It’s very disappointing. I’m not saying to get rid of the ads, but the fact that they are impacting the functionality of the game is not cool.
