Connect lightstick
A lot of yāall are struggling to connect your lightstick and I had that same problem but I found a way to solve it! What I did was turn my lightstick on Bluetooth mode then went to settings and delete ā0120IPā from my Bluetooth settings. I also then deleted the app and reinstalled it. After I got back into the app, I went to āSelf Modeā and followed the instructions. After that, your lightstick should connect and you should be able to change its color. If youāre going to a concert, download their V2 app to connect to āConcert Modeā. I canāt guarantee this will work for all of you, but it helped me :)

HOW TO CONNECT LIGHT STICK V 1
Okay so I was struggling to connect my V 1 light sick on the app. But I found a video on Tik tok that explained how to connect it. So youāre gonna download both V1 and V2, youāre gonna go into your phones setting go into Bluetooth and delete 0120IP. Once you do that youāre gonna go into V1 app and connect it through the self mode. But the concert mode no longer works on this app. So youāre gonna go to V2 app and connect your light stick through concert mode there. It will ask about your ticket information and it will connect! I hope this helps, if not go to Tik tok and you should find some videos there.

I think itās malfunctioning
The app made me update my lightsticks firmware and now it will not connectā¦I have no clue what is happening. It was working fine before that and now I canāt even connect to the version 2 appā¦
Uhm, Iām confused
So, Iāve been trying to connect my light stick to self mode for forever, and it always says light stick not going, when Iām doing everything correctly. Also, itās telling me to get this other app for concert mode, and where is this other app at? And I accidentally deleted the app, and it wonāt re install, like what, I have a concert in a month or 2, I NEED this to work

Just bought ver 1
I just purchased ver 1, and didnāt pay attention to the message that concert mode was closed. After I connected to self mode, now I downloaded the 2nd app and itās not connecting. Idk what Iām supposed to do, even the self mode isnāt working.
It wont connect
I got my lightstick from gybe but after the second ver cam out i havent been able to connect it and ive only had it for a month i tried to update the ver but i cant do anything if the lightstick wont connect to the app
Download the Ver.2 App.
For anyone who has this app, it has stopped working. Download the TXT Official Lightsick Ver.2 and it should work. I hadnāt used my light stick in a while and so it wasnāt connecting to the old app. The new app however had no problem connecting.
Lightstick not found?
Iāve already connected my lightstick via Bluetooth a few times in the past, and Iāve never had a problem with it connecting until recently. Whenever I try to use self mode now, it never connects. Help?

So basically I have had my light stick for awhile now and I absolutely love it 10/10. I had put it away in storage do to me moving and I recently found it again and want to use it but when I went to the app and tried to connect it the app kept saying light stick not found. I really donāt know if itās my phone my light stick or the app. Iām kinda confused please help if you can in anyway.

Got kinda mad at concert it literally wouldnāt connect to the app I bought the light-stick on Weverse so it is original.
Fails to connect on my iphone11
I bought the lightstick at an act:lovesick concert so it is official. Back then I could not get it to pair and had no time to ask a booth for help before the concert so I didnāt get to use it the way it was meant to. It will connect to my iPad and other devices just fine but it wonāt connect to my phone, even a year later. I am very sad.

I would like help with this problem
My lightstick worked great for the Act:Sweet Mirage tour but when I tried to connect it in self mode a couple of weeks later it always said āfails to connect your lightstick. Why is this happening?
BLUETOOTH NOT WORKING
I got my light stick from a trusted kpop store so I know itās official. It always connected to bluetooth on the app and changed colors like I wanted. Recently at the ASM concert, it couldnāt connect to anything. Concert mode nor self mode would work. I had to go to the pairing booths and luckily it worked. Today, when I tried to use self mode, it wouldnāt work. It kept on saying āFailed to connectā or āLight stick not foundā. My bluetooth and GPS was enabled so why wouldnāt it work? Please tell me Iām not the only one and if Iām not then please fix it. Itās really upsetting that a main function on something isnāt working.

Not Connecting
I just got my Lightstick today and everytime I try to go into self mode, it says āNo Lightstick foundā. My lighstick is authentic and it lights up it just wonāt connect
Worked perfect for the concert!
Connected easily. Instructions were easy to follow. Connection was fine. It was so amazing for the first TXT world tour!
Love the light stick!!
But the app only connects to my light stick and fails to update every time it asks.
Failed to connect
Keeps saying this over and over again but I donāt know what the problem is. I bought my light stick at the venue so I know itās real but it wouldnāt connect before the show and I had to give up and go the whole show with just a white lightstick. I couldnāt go to a pairing booth cause the venue was so behind on letting people in and I didnāt want to miss the show. Now itās the day after and Iām still trying and it still wonāt connect to the app, not in concert-mode or self-mode. Huge bummer. I paid $60 for something I canāt enjoy and holding it at the concert was a waste when it was as good as a flashlight :(

Please help
My lightstick connects just fine but then when the new firmware update thing pop ups and I try to download it wonāt download. Is something wrong with my lightstick? phone? or is it just the app? Iām kinda disappointed I wanted to have a lightstick to take to the concert.

my lightstick is able to connect to the app, so i guess they fixed the problem that people were experiencing a bit ago! aside from that, very cool and pretty, iām hoping they use the concert mode during the tour ^^
