Connect lightstick
A lot of y’all are struggling to connect your lightstick and I had that same problem but I found a way to solve it! What I did was turn my lightstick on Bluetooth mode then went to settings and delete “0120IP” from my Bluetooth settings. I also then deleted the app and reinstalled it. After I got back into the app, I went to “Self Mode” and followed the instructions. After that, your lightstick should connect and you should be able to change its color. If you’re going to a concert, download their V2 app to connect to “Concert Mode”. I can’t guarantee this will work for all of you, but it helped me :)

HOW TO CONNECT LIGHT STICK V 1
Okay so I was struggling to connect my V 1 light sick on the app. But I found a video on Tik tok that explained how to connect it. So you’re gonna download both V1 and V2, you’re gonna go into your phones setting go into Bluetooth and delete 0120IP. Once you do that you’re gonna go into V1 app and connect it through the self mode. But the concert mode no longer works on this app. So you’re gonna go to V2 app and connect your light stick through concert mode there. It will ask about your ticket information and it will connect! I hope this helps, if not go to Tik tok and you should find some videos there.

I think it’s malfunctioning
The app made me update my lightsticks firmware and now it will not connect…I have no clue what is happening. It was working fine before that and now I can’t even connect to the version 2 app…
Uhm, I’m confused
So, I’ve been trying to connect my light stick to self mode for forever, and it always says light stick not going, when I’m doing everything correctly. Also, it’s telling me to get this other app for concert mode, and where is this other app at? And I accidentally deleted the app, and it won’t re install, like what, I have a concert in a month or 2, I NEED this to work

Just bought ver 1
I just purchased ver 1, and didn’t pay attention to the message that concert mode was closed. After I connected to self mode, now I downloaded the 2nd app and it’s not connecting. Idk what I’m supposed to do, even the self mode isn’t working.
