Bien

Bonjour, j’ai acheté mon ARMY Bomb ver 3 sur Vinted. Elle se connecte parfaitement mais j’ai peur que ce soit pas le cas original… Sinon l’application marche bien. Super

Bluetooth Does Not Work

Since the new light stick version 4 is out, they have discontinued service for the older lightstick… messed up.

Bluetooth not working

I bought this lightstick at the love yourself tour and it worked perfectly at the concert. I’m trying to manually change the colors before the Arirang tour and it’s not working. Making the old ones not work to get people to buy the new ones is super greedy and a waste of money if I’m expected to only use it once.

What does the BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK app do?

This mobile app is designed to work with the official BTS light stick, allowing you to connect it to your smartphone. It enables features like concert mode synchronization for stage effects, self-mode for custom color changes, and battery level checks. It supports both ARMY BOMB V3 and ARMY BOMB SE versions.

How do I connect my light stick to the app?

To connect, first set your light stick to "BLUETOOTH MODE" by moving the switch down. Then, turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and hold your phone close to the light stick. For some smartphones, you may need to turn on GPS to enable Bluetooth connectivity. Once connected, you can use the app's features.

Is the BTS OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK app free to use?

Yes, the app is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements mentioned in the provided description. The focus is on enhancing the fan experience during BTS concerts.

What are the requirements for using the app during a concert?

Before a concert, you need to check your ticket for seat information and enter it into the app to register your light stick. You will be prompted to grant these permissions upon first use.
