Worked for Vegas but can’t update firmware

I used this light stick for the Las Vegas concerts and it connected flawlessly. Worked 100% great! There’s a firmware update that I can’t get to work though, and I’m not alone. Please help

Kann leider kein Update durchführen. Er zeigt das Pop Up zum Update gar nicht erst an nach dem connecten. 😭 Find im Internet keine Lösung, hab alles probiert 🫪
