Bluetooth not working
I bought this lightstick at the love yourself tour and it worked perfectly at the concert. I’m trying to manually change the colors before the Arirang tour and it’s not working. Making the old ones not work to get people to buy the new ones is super greedy and a waste of money if I’m expected to only use it once.

Connection Issue
My army bomb no longer connects with the app. I’m unsure why. I know it’s an official light stick because it connected before but now in self mode it will kick me out of the app as soon as it has made a connection. I think there is something wrong with the app and I’m hoping it is fixed before the 2026 BTS concert I am attending in August 🙏🙏😓

Guys if you are having problems with connecting to Bluetooth, make sure to check if you put in the batteries correctly! I had troubles connecting to SelfMode via Bluetooth only to find out I incorrectly put the batteries back in and once I fixed it, it worked fine :)

Wenn sich eure army bomb nicht Koppeln lässt ist es kein Fehler der App, ihr habt dann einfach nicht den originalen lightstick, seid vorsichtig wo ihr sie kauft! Bei mir klappt es super 🫶🏼

I used this app when i went to the "Hope on the stage" concert in San Antonio. I had a good time with the lightstick.The way it synced with the beat.I loved it!

Alles hat funktioniert als ich meine Army Bomb vor 3 Monaten bekommen habe ich hatte keine Problem , meine lightstick mit der App zu verbinden aber wenn eure lightstick sich nicht verbindet ist er Fake weil nur original Lichtsick lassen sich mit der App verbinden . Ich bin wie gesagt vollkommen Zufrieden und begeistert das er sich verbindet 💜

Ne Fonctionne pas complètement
Je n’ai pas pu connecter mon army bomb avec mon téléphone (un iPhone) par contre il fonctionne avec le Samsung à un proche.
Je trouve ça étrange étant donné qu’il est écrit que c’est compatible avec iPhone
Je ne peux donc pas l’utiliser avec le miens

Bought the ARMY bomb SE this month and it connects great! Love the self mode to choose your own colors.
It doesn't connect
They gave me my army bomb for Christmas all good I downloaded the application and it served normal now when I want to connect the army bomb it takes me out of the application
doesn’t connect
i got an army bomb se and it’s been working totally fine untill i try connecting it into self mode so i can change colors but it takes me back to my Home Screen and kicks me out🥲 I can’t change the color if i keep getting kicked out
Won’t connect
I got the army bomb SE for my birthday and i downloaded the app and when i try to use self mode its connects but then the app kicks me and takes me back to my Home Screen. I changed the batteries, turned of my internet, deleted a bunch of apps, restarted my phone, and deleted and downloaded the app multiple times and it still kicks me and continues to blink blue. I want a purple light not a white light but I can’t change the light if it keeps kicking me😞😞

App crashes
When I try to connect the offical light stick se to the app via Bluetooth the app continues to crash. I have tried to reinstall the app but it doesn’t fix the issue

Update not working
i’m at the jhope concert right now and the app is not updating at all. i’ve tried for 2 hours and it is not updating. idk if it is a bug or something but please fix it!! also if anyone else is having the same problem please tell me!!

最近はバンタンの動画を見ながら光らせライブ気分を味わってます！
繋がりもよく使いやすいです！
でもversion3の繋がりがとても悪いです。

現在繋がりません。
iPhone14pro、iOS17.5、セルフモードが反応しません。 ただ、2週間前にはAgust Dの映画館連動上映では色が変わったのでBluetoothやARMY BOMBには問題は無いのではないかと思っています。過去には繋がっていましたがいつのまにか繋がらなくなっていたようです。
Weverseからのミュージックビデオとの連携も反応せず残念です。
特にアナウンスも無いようですが一時的にせよ不具合があるのであれば情報開示していただきたいです。

繋がりませんでした…
去年公式から購入したversion3ですが、D-DAY応援上映の連動なしの回でセルフモードに繋がらず残念でした。ウィバースのMVとは連動できます。また観に行きたいので、ぜひ改善お願いします🙇♀️
