Concert Mode Doesn’t Work

App is good and designed better than most lightstick apps, but the concert mode physically just doesn’t work. Self mode is fine, but clicking on concert mode just brings up ‘Currently in preparation for a concert’ even in the middle of an actual concert. I thought the whole point was that it connects to Bluetooth during the concert and lights up different colours in time with the music, but instead everyone just had boring white lights for the entire show.

concert mode

when i click concert mode it will not connect to anything for me. when i click seat information it doesn’t show any dates or concerts for me. i can’t reenter my seat information, im not sure why but i have a concert soon (my first) so i don’t want this to ruin the mood but someone help😭
