Useful
Sometimes when looking up a call the entered narratives do not populate and causes a blank screen. Restating the app does not help.
We have several issues with this app connecting with dispatch, and the internet. Most of the time the app is frozen and unresponsive, Will not properly connect.
At least 80% of the time when I attempt to login into the app on an iPad, the software indicates that it does not have Internet connection when in reality the device has 100% Internet connection. The only way to overcome this problem seems to be to input information into a log and then ask the device to upload the logs. More often than not the device then miraculously has Internet connection. This program is absolutely useless in emergency situations.

When logging in on iPad the unit dropdown does not fit the screen so not all units show up
This is the most useless app on earth. I wish I had the ability to give it negative stars.
Good

App needs restarted daily. Maps look like kindergarten coloring pages. Not user friendly at all. Layout is cluttered. Only using it because IT department likes it.
Who lets these updates roll out? Do devs not test their product? Bugs everywhere and it is getting worse.
Useful
The push to go available really speeds things up and saves air time. I like the large turn by turn directions with the distances too.

Mapping/directions are unusable

Always having issues logging in to one device or another
For three months I have had a problem with the app dropping me in the middle of alarm responses and no one has been able to help at all, unacceptable
Had a web based CAD system before that was a lot better. The mapping is horrible, to many small areas to touch to get where you wanna go. Icons on map are too big and look like a kindergarten designed them, come on itβs 2025!
Great
