I love this app, but
After buying the font packs, some of the fonts (mostly script fonts) get cropped off by the red box around the letters. Please advise how to fix that!
Can’t Purchase All Font Packs
I’ve tried to buy all the font packs at the 60% off price, but it won’t let me make the purchase. Therefore, I’m giving this app 4 stars if I can make the purchase I would give it 5 stars. Please help!!

I’ve paid TWICE for the “unlock all” feature but it is still locked. I tried to contact support and that website doesn’t exist. I feel scammed

Habe gerade im Sonderangebot für 7,99$ das komplette Fontpaket gekauft. Geld wurde abgebucht. Die Fonts stehen weiter nicht zur Verfügung — agal was ich versuche: App neu starten, „Restore“ der Käufe etc. pp.

Filter gekauft und funktioniert nicht
Benutze die App schon länger und habe das erste mal einen Filter zusätzlich gekauft.
Nur leider funktioniert er nicht, sondern bringt immer wieder das Fenster, dass man den Filter kaufen kann… rausgeschmissenes Geld ☹️

Problem on purchase
I tried purchasing the $1.99 price for fonts but the app asked for only $.99. So I purchased it. Now it keeps asking for another $.99. I tried to purchase everything for the sale price of I believe $7.99 but it again asks for $.99. What’s going on?

It’s cool, but…
The ease of use and amount of styles and fonts is great! That’s why I paid to unlock everything. It confirms I unlocked. Then when I try to pick previously locked fonts, it takes me to the ‘unlock for $’ again. Then it tells me I already paid and if I want to get it again for free. I choose that option, of course. Only to try and choose a locked font I already paid for. Then I go through the process again. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same issue persists. Anyone else having this problem?

Delete & reinstall if text tools don’t load
Hadn’t used the app in awhile so Apple unloaded it leaving an icon with a download button. Clicked it and app downloaded but all the images I loaded couldn’t show the second step of adding text and filters. Had to delete the app off my phone and redownload from Scratch to restore the ability to add text.
The greyed out arrow on the front page means swipe left in the white area to change out from camera, library, flip to the quick menu choices you want.

Wasted 5 minutes trying to figure out that you had to swipe on the main menu to access the app.

Screen alignment is Off!
I purchased this app., years ago and it worked fine for the most part. Suddenly, after last few iOS updates, the alignment of banner is completely off. It doesn’t fit a square for IG properly and there is a large blank white rectangle on the screen that was never there before, which is also throwing off the alignment of any photo I use.
I reached out to customer service but no one replied. I reinstalled a few times. This is a glitch! Will have to Delete app., permanently if it’s not fixed soon!

Need help
I cannot find any instructions.
Logo will not load
Initially it was a good App. My logo got removed then I had to re upload as per their specification. I have done so on several occasions and it still states it is the wrong size. It is not. The same thing happened to my sister. The issue I have with this App is that I have emailed them and had no response and sent a DM and they still have not got back to me. I am very disappointed as I paid extra to use the logo and now I can’t use it at all.
