Will not certify

I used the same info when I purchased my 4th melody membership but it will not certify. Something is fishy here. Can’t even contact the developers or Cube about this.

Invalid Official Serial

Terrible experience, aside from how much the app lags and scrolls down on its own when I type a reply it constantly fails to verify my membership. I’ve sent email and they only told me to put the exact same information during purchase (which was the case) but I still didn’t get verified. I deleted my account and remade it with the same exact information and still the same issue “Invalid Official Serial”.

I’m so frustrated, I want to enjoy the fanclub membership exclusive content too but I can’t even get verified. My membership was verified while buying a ticket for an event, but not for the app. Doesn’t that mean the app isn’t even working? I really miss DaumCafe ㅠㅠ It was so smooth and pleasant with privacy, I’ve been trying to get verified for a month now.

Need Translations

It would be helpful to International fans if we had the ability to translate the artists’ comments and not just the fan comments.

notifications

i like the app, but i wish you could receive notifications for when our idols post something. Im not sure if anyone else has this problem, but when i post a picture it takes about a minute to load onto the screen.
