Will not certify
I used the same info when I purchased my 4th melody membership but it will not certify. Something is fishy here. Can’t even contact the developers or Cube about this.
Invalid Official Serial
Terrible experience, aside from how much the app lags and scrolls down on its own when I type a reply it constantly fails to verify my membership. I’ve sent email and they only told me to put the exact same information during purchase (which was the case) but I still didn’t get verified. I deleted my account and remade it with the same exact information and still the same issue “Invalid Official Serial”.
I’m so frustrated, I want to enjoy the fanclub membership exclusive content too but I can’t even get verified. My membership was verified while buying a ticket for an event, but not for the app. Doesn’t that mean the app isn’t even working? I really miss DaumCafe ㅠㅠ It was so smooth and pleasant with privacy, I’ve been trying to get verified for a month now.

Need Translations
It would be helpful to International fans if we had the ability to translate the artists’ comments and not just the fan comments.

i like the app, but i wish you could receive notifications for when our idols post something. Im not sure if anyone else has this problem, but when i post a picture it takes about a minute to load onto the screen.

the sections need to be privated and there must be a requirement to join like having an album! anyone is allowed to join which can cause problems. the artists are getting hate because their forums are so open! PROTECT YOUR ARTISTS!!!
Please change report system
This app isn’t bad, it lets me write messages to CLC which I’m grateful for but the thing is it has a horrible report system. There has been a hater who keeps on posting. I can report the comments but I can’t report the person itself. So that person just keeps on coming back and leaving hate messages on CLC’s page.

there’s absolutely no reason for you to get rid of daum cafe, where the girls and nevies shared so many memories. it’s a good platform with a stable server and user-friendly interface.
this app is not only slow and lagging but doesn’t have adequate notification system or an option to save pics.

It won’t let me put date and birth
Few Bugs.
The app has a few minor bugs and I am sure they are aware. In a way it’s slow. I can’t change the language to English. It takes forever to log you in. The profiles pop up, then they all just disappeared. With it being a new app I’m certain these problems will be fixed I hope! Otherwise I’m grateful there is another platform to stay updated with our beloved groups and others under Cube.
