Bugs Login Problem, Incorrect Password even its correct, after inactivity
I logged in to your app at around 1:30 AM and was automatically logged out due to inactivity, which is understandable. However, when I attempted to log in again, I kept receiving an error message after entering my password. After three attempts, my account was locked. I am now being instructed to visit the nearest Western Union branch, which is very inconvenient. Please advise on how this can be resolved online.

Bad app They keep asking me for additional verification information when I've already given them right and correct ones. Despite that, they keep asking me to redo all the information that I provided. Fix this.

Can’t add Bank Details for deposit transactions
I tried so many times to uninstall/install the new app version, but still can’t add this feature when doing a cash-in. They even said there’s an error in my connection!.
I can’t create an account
Totally wasted my time. It kept saying I have a possible existing account but when I tried logging in, it says I’m not registered. So I tried using another mobile number for new account creation but I kept receiving the same error. I already contacted support, and they can’t find any existing records and was bot helpful at all. Such BS!
