Would give zero stars
The app’s password stopped working and I can’t login. I’ve tried working with customer support and it still will not work. How many passwords do I need for ATT accounts? And why so difficult for a cable service provider, will someone hack me and erase my recordings?
How sad - it’s not as portable as it once was
I need to watch the World Cup in my garage it prevents me watching live and recorded. Nothing but expletives for this app. Dump it.

…AT&T were has “concerned” about their cell coverage, rate limiting (but you have to”5G!!!”), and call quality as they are about a useless app like this one.

Kicks me out appox. Every 3 to 5 minutes
Frustrating to be kicked out of the app every 3 to 5 minutes. It use to work without any problems but now it only happens on my iOS tablet and iPhone. Works without a problem with my Tablet but only until I used an older version of the app. Otherwise, the same thing was happened with my Android tablet and phone. PLEASE FIX!

Only works for 15 minutes before crashing
On both iPad and iPhone, app crashes in first 15 minutes. So consistent that it feels deliberate behavior.
Non functional
The streaming service drops out after approximately 5 minutes. They are not maintaining the app and is common knowledge.

App would be fine if not crashing every 4-5 minutes
The U-Verse app would be functionally fine if not for the product failure of literally ‘always crashes’ (as noted in several other recent reviews). For 6+ months the app always crashes every 4-5 minutes on my old iPhone (restricted to iOS 15.x). Now, for 4+ months, the app suffers (as do I and apparently a lot of your customers) with the same ‘always crashes’ on my new iPad (current-auto-updates).

U-Verse keeps crashing
This App used to work well. However, since February 2026, it has been trash. The app crashes after 5-10 minutes of live streaming. And before anyone says I need the most recent iOS update, that has nothing to do with it. Both my iPad and iPhone are up to date. It’s an issue with the App. Please get this fixed.

Please give me back the old format. As wonky as it was I was able to navigate through it. I hope this is just a test version and not permanent.

*****Revised 4/25/2026***** the latest update apparently removed the ability to record in the app. No record option when you select a show in the app. Please tell me that this was an error. I know you are trying to discontinue the service so maybe this wasn’t an error.

No answers
For at least 10 weeks now the U-Verse app crashes after about 5 minutes of watching. Called twice, never got any answers and have not received a callback like they said. For all the money AT&T charges you think the app might work. This is BS.
Missing channels
Here it is in April and the crashing is still happening. Also, the Guide does not show all available channels. Why not just replace this version with the one from last December? The at would be an improvement.
App sucks
Crashes every 2 minutes. Can’t watch sports, even on local channels. Internet directs to call direct tv number to resolve. BS! Fix the damn app!!!

Poor Working App
The app only plays for 4 mins and it will return to the Home Screen , and this problem started January 2026. When you ask for support from their AI or a live person they cannot see the problem, but AT&T continues to collect your money.
