Can’t sign in
I enter my credentials and I get a spinning wheel that never ends. I let it spin for 6 hours overnight and it never got past the spinning wheel. I’ve used this app in its various versions & updates for 12 years and at no point has it ever been consistently stable and reliable.

If you are a company with billions in revenue, why is it so hard to make basic functionality of logging into your account possible. It’s completely maddening. What a joke of a company!
Won’t even open!
Is this a current working app anymore? All it does is spin in circles when trying to log-in. I’ve uninstalled and redownloaded, my log-in info is correct and still.. app won’t open. Yet another disappointing feature from AT&T.
Would give zero stars
The app’s password stopped working and I can’t login. I’ve tried working with customer support and it still will not work. How many passwords do I need for ATT accounts? And why so difficult for a cable service provider, will someone hack me and erase my recordings?
