Even after the update my app won’t load

This app is actually useful. No annoying 2FA that’s unnecessary.
Horrible
The att app is horrible & not user friendly. My accounts are all jacked up & I had to go through about 5 phone calls to find out that new equipment is needed. Two thumbs down.
Past Due payment
I had checked several days early to make sure my balance was 0.00 sine this was my first month with the new service, and it was. Today when I checked I had the notice it was past due. Always like paying on time and was disappointed that I had a past due, Maybe better notifications of billing schedules.
