After spending days dealing with AT&T Technical Support and getting nowhere, I’ve come to one conclusion: if your issue falls outside of a standard script, don’t expect a solution.
I’ve been dealing with an eSIM issue that has left me without phone service for four days. Despite countless calls, visits to the AT&T store, and even escalating the matter to the AT&T Office of the President, there has been no resolution and no sense of urgency. The “Office of the President” sounds impressive, but in my experience it’s simply another layer of customer service for people who have already filed complaints.
Being without phone service for days is unacceptable, especially while continuing to pay for service. I’ve exhausted every avenue AT&T has asked me to take, yet the problem remains unresolved.
Based on my experience, I would avoid AT&T if reliable customer service is important to you. When something goes wrong that isn’t routine, don’t expect timely resolution or accountability.

Wtf!
Why change it then I can’t see my account to pay my bill. I have to go through extra steps just to pay my bills. Keep it simple!!!!
Better than if you had no means of communication
Better than nothing,
Poor mediocre service, signal now you have it-now you don’t, internet service right here right now is worst than dialup, if you can use a better communication option
but the money, your money they put enough efforts to charge it on time, as scheduled, preferably with no delay
with regret this company is just another unprofitable business model.
